    ...The lobby & rooms were as advertised and there was Rum Punch being served at check-in!! 😁 We upgraded our parents & Aunt to Privilege and my sisters & I were later upgraded, which included butler service, 24 hr room service at no charge, special room service menu and access to a private area of the beach... They were both helpful, but I believe they had several other demanding rooms so there were delays that you wouldn’t expect with “butler service.” Nevertheless, I believe they did their best to accommodate us... As for the room service, I don’t know what their method is for supplying the food, but they seemed to always be out of something that was on the menu...

    Went on a family holiday from the 2nd to the 9th of January, we had 4 rooms between us all and were expecting a 5* all inclusive resort... absolutely shocking based on how expensive our stay was... The buffet is one of the smallest i have ever seen, in order to get a fried egg AGAIN a 30 min wait... I could not believe how stressful it was staying here and would not recommend it to anyone... I have been to Jamaica many times and this is by far the worst and most expensive place i have stayed in... There are many cheaper and better hotels where you can actually relax... All i can say is don't waste your money and well deserved time off in this place...

    There are many dissapointing reviews online about this resort and these scare people away... We did not even enjoy it all because we ran out of time... 100-200 dollar bills for a week is worth it... Avoid those sellers that will grab you when you check in for a time share breakfast and offer you the world... The gift shop is crazy expensive... 20.00 Canadian for a bag of chips... 20.00 USD for water shoes...

    ...The biggest mistake we made was upgrading to "Privilege" at check in for $35 US a person per day. Total waste of money as you do not get the benefits promised at check in... I did complain to front desk mid-trip about the lack of privilege benefits for the money and asked to be downgraded to a blue band for the duration of the trip... Not one to write reviews usually as I always look for the best after all I am on vacation but could have had the same experience and a fine vacation but same yourself some money and don't bother upgrading you don't get what it promised...

    ...There was a few things that I really feel that OCSR could of improved on… the real cleanliness of their rooms ( not discrediting the hard work that all the those in housekeeping put in , just think they might be under-staffed or given too much to do each day) and the availability of “cold beer” and ice in drinks, which I do realize would be a very hard thing to manage...

    ...Everything so far has been great (been here two days)... The only one issue we've had so far was at route 66 restaurant you can only order 1 thing at a time and it took an hour to arrive... I won't name anyone but they were also nice and respectful when we declined... I would like to give a special shout-out to a few amazing folks we met working at the resort... Joe-Marie our butler is a lovely lady, and was always quick and happy to help!... O'Shane at the privelege restaurant was absolutely busting his butt every time we saw him... There were two hilarious servers in Martha's buffet, Joshua and I forget his partner's name, Zioane?... They played everyone's requests and hyped up the courtyard...

    My family and I went to OCS for our winter break... We decided to go for the privilege and pay a little extra for the extra attention, believe it was worth it... Our butler Rouge was amazing, his counter partner I couldn't even tell you his name because we never saw him at all or heard from him... We also needed a special diet while we were there (our family eats halal only and my son has a sever egg allergy) the head chef Manuel and the catering manager Phillip were AMAZING they made sure we had every dinner sorted out and even hooked us up with some halal jerk chicken lunches and egg free chicken nuggets...

Akeem was a server at the buffet and sometimes at the teppanyaki restaurant who was super friendly and made our meal times enjoyable!... The pool was perfect, large, and never too busy we enjoying the pool everyday!... She was persuasive, persistent (but not overbearing) and always got our group involved in the activities which made us enjoy the trip even more!... The swim up bar at the pool was our favourite Robert was always taking great care of us!... The staff were so genuine, friendly and caring especially towards the children of our group!... We even left behind bags of clothes, extra diapers and wipes we had to give to some of the women buffet staff who were pregnant or had babies the same age as the ones in our group because we loved them so much and wanted to help them out, we became close to Kacy-Ann & Janelle as we bonded over children and they were so helpful when we went to the buffet... Our rooms all came with 2 beds and a pull out!... We also requested cribs for the baby’s which was helpful for us... It was hard to get extra towels, toothbrushes, and water sent to the room unfortunately we would call and no one would come... Our friends had the privilege package that came with a butler named Jermaine who looked out for our whole group which was a bonus!... Overall I would rate this resort as a 4.5 star, it was almost perfect...

    ...The chef Mr. Joshi was so adapting in taking food request as I am vegetarian and have restrictions of no onion and garlic . Because of Mr joshi I had the best Indian food which I don’t even get in Montréal ... He every time prepared something special for me and saw him catering other guests so well too ... If I have to come back to Jamaica I will come back to this resort because of the chef Second is the bartender darwee at ocean coral spring v warm and always keep smiling and making drinks as per one’s wish , less sugar , flavours and customise it...

    ...This was our fourth time in Jamaica and this time we experienced very poor service at this resort, which is very unlike the experience we had in Jamaica the previous times. Upon getting out our taxi there was no warm greeting by hotel staff with a welcome drink etc, we were immediately harassed by several staff for time share... On two occasions we were asked by staff behind the kids snack bar to do them favours and get them food... We paid for Privelege service and barely saw our Butler... They choose instead to communicate through Whatsapp... When you make requests through the app, they say they are coming or to "remind" them... Room Service was spotty, and generally took almost 1 hour to come... Only good bar in the entire resort was the Lobby Bar...

    ...I stayed at the oceans Coral Springs for 2 nights in November, on the first day after check in the bellhop was very rude and even being told he was rude he didn’t see as such. My family and i had to go to breakfast with our clothes crush after waiting for hours for a steamer as there was none in the room We dined at the Marlin restaurant on my birthday night and the service was horrible, we did not get all that we ordered and we didn’t get any drink before, while or after eating... I called on the morning of departure to get some towels and rags to shower and i had to go look for a housekeeper on the floor to get them, even after breakfast when we got back to the room they still didn’t take the towels nor the rags... I would like to mention Richoy from guest services he was very polite and tried to help us to have a bit better vacation but it was issues after issues The gsm had promises us a champagne in the morning after complaining to him about the bellhop and after some hours of waiting i had to go back down to the front desk for them to let him we are still waiting on the champagne…... It didn’t arrive until after six that evening Hotel is clean n beautiful but the service is very very poor...

    No words can express the gratitude for the staff of Ocean Spring Coral Hotel in Montego Bay... Everyone was very welcoming, nice and polite, friendly and working hard... I have to admit we were little worried at the beginning when we booked all inclusive vacation because we are on plant based/ vegan diet but Sashorn, the food and beverage concierge and Philip took a really good care of us and made sure that we have plenty of choices... Sashorn was extremely professional and made sure to communicate with the team what we can and cannot eat... We cannot forget to mention all others like chef Manuel Chavez and his flavorful ,colourful and delightful meals, chef Jordan,Haniff and Oshane from Privilege restaurant, chef Shana, chef Renardo, and Lorraine, Sharelene the super visor, Shane from Martha’s Market,Shantel and Shantal from Mike’s coffee they all took great care of us... It’s was a real pleasure to be your guest and we will definitely come back...

    ...The lobby & rooms were as advertised and there was Rum Punch being served at check-in!! 😁 We upgraded our parents & Aunt to Privilege and my sisters & I were later upgraded, which included butler service, 24 hr room service at no charge, special room service menu and access to a private area of the beach... They were both helpful, but I believe they had several other demanding rooms so there were delays that you wouldn’t expect with “butler service.” Nevertheless, I believe they did their best to accommodate us... As for the room service, I don’t know what their method is for supplying the food, but they seemed to always be out of something that was on the menu... As for restaurants, they left much to be desired... Overall, the customer service piece needs to be refined, BUT we still had an amazing time, met some great people and I’d visit again…just to see how much better it’s gotten😁...

    ...I want to give the Blue Team the highest praise we can give them as they made our vacation great, especially Unque, Adrian (Freestyle) and Wayne... Also a big thank you to Carlene who was our maid for most of our stay... She made sure our room was stocked with towels and anything else we needed... Casey our waitress at Martha’s Market always gave a warm welcome at breakfast and lunch... The staff here were always friendly and helpful Ocean Coral Spring has a lot to offer families - great entertainment at the pools, the lazy river, water park and even a bowling alley... You can’t have both either all reservations or first come first served... I’m sure most parents would appreciate this as well as some of the older vacationers like us...

    ...Also get there early if you want a lounger and umbrella set up as they go quick... Was told we would get guaranteed cabana at pool, false, lifeguard said they were first come first serve... Privilege allows you to make dinner reservations but it didn't matter because at the restaurants they would just seat you first come first serve... I asked for waters for the room and was given 2, we were a party of 5... Was told they would handle it repeatedly, nothing changed and was offered a refund for the final 3 days... I made them put it in writing and still 2.5 months later no refund but a ton of excuses from the hotel and management...

    ...We got to the hotel 3am and the Night Manger Earl was there to greet us and take us to our room... The next day we met Shania at the Privilege desk and she was sooooo warm and welcoming, she provided us with everything that we needed, she even upgraded our room and gave us access to Eden Bay We were assigned Nelson as our butler and I must say that he understood the assignment, we could literally call on him for anything and he made it happen... My husband’s birthday was on Oct 3 and I mentioned it to him and in less than 2 hrs, he decorated our room with flowers and towel art... On the days when Nelson and Shania was off, Melanie and Joe Marie took over and the standard did not drop, the customer service and attention paid to our wants and needs was amazing...

At one point my partner and I was seated and our server decided to serve all the white people before attending to us VERY DISAPPOINTING... Customer service at the front desk was non existent... The cherry on the cake was when we were leaving to go to the airport we decided to stop into the Buffett for a quick breakfast, carry on luggage in tow... We were 10 minutes early but everything was laid out ready to go... I was taking up a hash brown for my toddler and the woman working the Buffett told me to take the food off my 3 year olds plate and put it back as they weren’t opened for another 10 minutes...

    ...We booked with Sunwing and they lost my sons luggage... My son never got his luggage the entire trip and to this day back... When we arrived we were told they double booked the rooms that night so we got downgraded and would be reimbursed when checking out... As told, I called the front desk to open the hut tub but no one came the second day... No one came the entire seven days and we were never able to use it... Some mornings at the breakfast place I wasn’t even given a fork... I ate my eggs with my son’s cutlery... No one came to serve coffee... When we were leaving the table they made sure to come and see if we left a tip though... During check out they allowed me to speak with a hotel manager who gave me a letter assuring me I will be reimbursed for the room and charged for a lower level room... To this day, despite of my agent contacting the hotel management and workers for a year straight, I was not reimbursed...

    ...The slides at the waterpark were the perfect size for my 3.5 yo boy. The main pool is only about 3ft deep which is so great for kids... The buffet was actually really good and had lots of great options for each meal... We had lunch at the Jamaica Grill (beach) every day and it was always awesome... We never really had an issues getting any chairs or towels, but it seemed a bit quiet, so if you’re heading into a busy week that might be different for you... Bring insulated drink bottle for your drinks... Great balcony, but not so comfy chairs... It definitely lacks the polish you’d expect from a new 5 star resort... Bring pool toys, they charge min $15USD at the resort shops for water toys...

    Room was very well presented, clean, spacious bathroom had separate bath & shower, double sink and separate toilet. Balcony very spacious with swing and seating area!... Resort is huge, lots to do with so many pools, water park and lazy river... Perfect for my 3.5 yr old... U defo cant go hungry food on tap in all directions... I felt like I was in a Jamaican resort, great choice of music most of the time... ?Evenings was fun, packed with lots of activities, beach party was great, live band every night plus shows, bowling alley, sports bar I can go on... Entertainment staff in day and night were working hard to entertain guests and make them feel good... Hotel need to be more vigilant with around the pool areas...

    At the beginning of our stay we were not informed about the services available except for a brief description of the restaurants. There were no directions about using the in room phone or how to access in room dining... The beaches and pool areas were well maintained, and there were many life saver personnel roaming around those areas, although there was a problem with standing water and soggy grassy areas... The beach and pool towels were plentiful and easily obtained, but there was no accountability for them, although we were asked for our room number at each time we went for towels... I was told that more than one person was attending to rooms, eg basic cleaning, coffee and drinks, bathroom supplies... It was easy to find a shady place on the beach... The chaises were comfortable and easy to move if needed...

    ...My husband and I and 2 other couples were at Ocean Coral Spring Resort from Jan 11-20 for their all inclusive privilege package! We all requested ocean front rooms and resort was able to accommodate us... With privilege level we did have butler service… which I have to say Moya and Shalom “knocked it out of the park”!... They both were so very sweet and worked really hard to make our stay feel like home!... Also want to mention Adrian Amoore who shared with us the info on next level up from privilege, which I believe was premium package... There was a few things that I really feel that OCSR could of improved on… the real cleanliness of their rooms ( not discrediting the hard work that all the those in housekeeping put in , just think they might be under-staffed or given too much to do each day) and the availability of “cold beer” and ice in drinks, which I do realize would be a very hard thing to manage...     ...From start to finish it was a wonderful time away while we were staying at this resort. We were in building 1 - floor 5 and our room was spacious and clean... Every day we had housekeeping service and Carlita always surprised us daily with a towel design on our bed... The Indian restaurant was our favorite, and the service was top notch!... Everyone was friendly, kind and provided exceptional customer service whether we were at a bar, restaurant, check in lobby area or just walking through out the resort... The Blue team and the entertainment are also what makes this all -inclusive shine... Every night, we went to a show or listened to a band play music outside... We never had a problem getting a chair under an umbrella area, but it was easier by the beach than the pool areas... I would definitely return to this resort and have no hesitations recommending it to others...

Lots of activities for all ages including, the nightly shows (one specifically for kids), live music, karaoke, beach party, morning stretch class, dance class, water aerobatics, guess that tune (done at the pool), foam pool party, lazy river, bowling (which we never got to unfortunately) and the kids club... The pool was perfect, large, and never too busy we enjoying the pool everyday!... Some pool activities and the MC at the nightly shows was done by the most enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate women named Unique!... She was persuasive, persistent (but not overbearing) and always got our group involved in the activities which made us enjoy the trip even more!... The swim up bar at the pool was our favourite Robert was always taking great care of us!... The beach was good, the water was super warm and hammocks were a great touch!... Loved all of the pictures spots near the beach (Jamaica sign, large chair, love sign)... Our rooms all came with 2 beds and a pull out!... We also requested cribs for the baby’s which was helpful for us... The bathrooms were great I loved the separation between the tub and shower... It was hard to get extra towels, toothbrushes, and water sent to the room unfortunately we would call and no one would come... Our friends had the privilege package that came with a butler named Jermaine who looked out for our whole group which was a bonus!... Overall I would rate this resort as a 4.5 star, it was almost perfect...

We ate in Red Snapper and was offered a home away from home service from Devon, our Server, who made our father very comfortable and feel special... The trip was complete when Yvonne, from House Keeping make sure our rooms were clean and comfortable...     ...We stayed in the privilege junior swim up suite and it was as good as anywhere else we have stayed. Lots of storage for clothes, clean sheets & towels every day, room cleaned to a high standard every day... All staff always polite & friendly- everyone on site say hello as you walk past... Rhenea in privilege restaurant specially arranged for ackee & salt fish for me as I asked every day but it wasn’t available 😊 worth the wait as it was excellent!... Pool is large with plenty of beds & loungers... But we could have gone to the beach or somewhere else further away if we wanted to... Try the Bob Marley cocktail made with slushies to refresh you during the day... Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely come again...

    ...There are a variety of restaurants locator on the resort that you can choose from... We booked a privileged, junior, rooftop suite, which came with a personal butler... Our butlers name was Devon, he was very personable and attentive... Our room had a Jacuzzi on the rooftop with the perfect view of the resort and ocean... I enjoyed my stay, my advice would be to do extensive research before choosing a resort to stay at...

    ...There's tons of spots for drool worthy IG pics, however that's the high point... There are no hand towels or face cloths... There are areas such as the pools and showers that are already showing signs of age and decay... There needs to be covered walkways and shuttle services... You don't get access to the steakhouse if you're not an adult side or privilege member... I've been to lower and higher tier resorts where the steakhouse was standard...

We went to Coral Spring in late November after booking it months ago as part a group booking. There was about 30 of us in total. After arriving in the late afternoon we came to realize our rooms were not ready. We were placed in some upgraded rooms for the first night but then needed to check out and switch rooms the next day. Although this hiccup was a bit stressful here were the pros of that experience 1) we all had somewhere nice to stay. Seriously, I have never stayed in a swim up room before and honestly-- I am booking one from now on 2) Andre and team made the experience of switching as pain-free as possible, having our luggage moved, new bracelets, checking in after to make sure we were happy 3) the staff at Coral Springs went way, way above and beyond to make sure our group was feeling supported for the whole the rest of the trip, all 30 of us. Whatever we needed, Andre and team were there to help 4) we had a beach party with our group and it was the most heartfelt experience for the kids and adults alike. Something we won't soon forget. wow. is all i can say. from the breathtaking views to the service to the overall general vibe, it was a great experience. we stayed from july 24-29, 2023. the property was clean the whole time, service was on par, and, again, cleanliness was amazing. i typically ALWAYS find a problem that causes me to speak to the front desk and they end up comping me with another stay or extended stay...but, this time, all i could do was enjoy the vibe and energy. now, that's not to say that sometimes service wasn't slow, but i also had to realize that the culture there is laid back while we americans tend to be haste, haste, haste. once i relaxed and fell into flow, i was good. any time i interacted with hotel staff or even tour guides off-resort, they were genuinely attentive and responsive. and this was NOT for tip purposes--they are just a chill people who take care of each other. individualism isn't a thing--it's truly "one love". ...if you're looking for a great place to stay, check out Ocean Coral Spring. i usually get tired of hotel living in the first few days, but this time, even 6 days was too short. ...and the staff are GREAT with the children and making you feel comfortable. check out ricardo in the kid's play area. my daughter LOVED him lol. and if you take any tours, hopefully, you will get Ken Beckford as your driver and Shalonda as your tour guide (she provided so much education and information about Jamaica and provided a different perspective of history than what is taught in the US. definitely made me think and appreciate different perspectives. that's what being truly cultured is. yah mon!

I will start off with the positives: The entire property was immaculate, the landscaping and cleanliness of this resort was top notch! The majority of the staff were friendly and responsive. Martha's Market, (the buffet) had a lot to offer for everyone and was one of the two restaurants on the resort that you didn't have to wait hours to get into. The rooms were big, spacious, and modern and we're soundproof for the most part. The airconditioning and fan cooled our room down nicely. However, the room we were in had issues with the door closing properly. We were always able to get beach chairs by the pool and at the beach. The pool itself was decent sized. Up until 10:30PM, food was always accessible and available. It takes you a few days to figure out the resort and by talking to other guests who have been there longer than you. The negatives: My wife and I came here for our honeymoon/1 year wedding anniversary. We contacted the hotel a few weeks prior to see if they had anything special from honeymooners. The resort emailed us a brochure that said we could get an upgraded room, romantic candlelit dinner, and continental breakfast in our room on the first night as long as we presented our marriage certificate and the marriage took place within 12 months. When we arrived and checked in and presented our marriage certificate and advised about the email, they said no need to show them our marriage certificate and they'd take care of us.... None of this took place and we didn't receive any of the things that were mentioned in the brochure. Our housekeeping attendant was nice enough to leave two bottles of wine and glasses in our room. It felt like we had to compete with the adjoining resort, Ocean Eden Bay for dining at restaurants for dinner. They were allowed on our side but we weren't allowed on theirs. The resort felt segregated between Privilege and Non Privilege members which gave off a weird and uncomfortable vibe. We were also pressured to purchase an insanely expensive "time share" through a presentation that we did not sign up to do on our first day at the resort which we felt was tacky. There wasn't much activities to do at the resort except swim in the pool or at the beach. There was a bowling alley and theater but they didn't open until after 3PM and were always packed. Service was slow, if you needed anything and called the front desk, they would come hours later or not at all. We were supposed to have our mini fridge restocked with water, soda, and beer everyday but they only restocked 3 out of the 7 days that we stayed. The resort was almost too spaced out and it took forever to get to where you needed to be from your hotel room. The beach wasn't the greatest, it was man-made. It was very rocky and rough. The beach itself wasn't big at all and was once again separated into two with the other resort having the slightly better beachfront and views. The food that was offered wasn't "authentic" to Jamaican culture and felt too Westernized. They did not serve ginger beer, Sorrell, or JAMAICAN patties at this resort which are staples and something that we'd expect at a resort in Jamaica. BEWARE of booking All-Inclusive packages at this resort with late arrival times after 9PM and late departure after 4PM. We arrived on a Friday night at the resort around 10:30pm and there were no restaurants open, we had to get in-room dining which took over an hour to get and we were not informed that that was an option. We had an 8PM flight back to Canada and were stuck at the resort without a hotel room after a 12PM checkout until 5PM when we were shuttled back to the airport. The resort itself is very far away from popular tourist attractions. If you're wanting to go anywhere off the resort, it's essentially 2 hours to get there and approximately $300-$400 in transportation. Highly recommended to go with a group of at least 4 people to offset the cost. The company on the resort that takes pictures of you for memories and albums is insanely expensive at $20 PER photo. Lastly, in the mornings a group of maintenance workers would be hanging out next to the elevators and would have loud conversations amongst themselves early in the mornings which was disruptive to the hotel rooms located adjacent to the elevators. It was also uncomfortable as a group of them would just stare at you as you were going to and from the elevators. It was very unprofessional. All in all, it was an okay resort. I understand that it's fairly new, only 4.5 years old and I think that they still have a long way to go and a few things to improve on and figure out as it does have the potential to be an amazing resort. There needs to be more transparency and clarity as to what you are getting and what's included and what isn't at this resort as it's very vague and misleading.

Best resort we’ve ever been to. Friendly staff that go out of their way for kids. Rooms are modern and spacious. Air conditioned lobby is nice. Food is really good and lots of variety. Water park is amazing, but only kids are allowed. It also says it opens at 8am, but they don’t turn it on until 10am. There’s no bar at the kids water park either. The ocean/beach area is very shallow. Good for snorkelling, but rocky. Lots of nice touches. Waitresses at the beach and pool. Not having to book a La cartes. Coffee and ice cream bar. Live music, could use more seating in the courtyard in the evening. Always open lounge chairs everywhere. Not having towel cards or having limits on towels or swap outs. Multiple elevators. Well thought out layout with easy access for strollers everywhere. We will be back!

This resort is one of the best resort on the island. The layout of the property is fantastic, very spacious, I have a magnificent view of the ocean from my previlige suite. Great food, I eat breakfast at Red Snapper restaurant almost the entire stay, good food at Sugar Cane Restaurant. Great nightly entertainment, but, with all the good food, drinks at the bar, great customer service at the front desk. I would like to extend a special shout out to a couple of staff members. Vanessa, Shenandoah, Phillip, Shania, Andre, Larone, Mr. Earl, Judeen, Mr. Peter, to name a few of your staff that makes the resorts a great place to stay. If you want to relax, enjoy and be in paradise with the best amenities come here. I was beyond pleased and caterer for. The food drinks coffee, entertainment was excellent. The live bands playing reggae gave me a pleasant feeling. My only problem is that I wished I never had to leave this tropical paradise!

I don’t know where to start! My team and I visited Ocean Coral Spring and it was a big improvement compared to our first visit in 2021. I don’t know if it’s a change in management but the customer service was a complete 180!!! Don’t get me started on the food! It was amazing. Phillip Aneke(I think that’s how you spell his last name. He was courteous, professional and attentive. He made the stay worth it and because of him and Andre, I will be back and we will definitely recommend Ocean Coral Springs!

I was on the island to attend my grandmother’s funeral, so I was a bit on the downside. But, this resort did the trick, in lifting my spirits. There was a bit of a hiccup, which was swiftly resolved by Phillip. Fully unaware of what I was going through, him, going above and beyond the call of duty, made my experience that much better. Definitely recommend this resort and I will surely visit again.

I must commend the service that is offered at this hotel , I was treated well and was comfortable with everything. There were a few challenges but Special thanks to Philip the area manager, Shanardo the guest services manager and also Sheldon the security manager,they addressed the matters and all was taken care off.Thanks again,you all contributed greatly with your courtesy and made my vacation great.
