I visited this location for a friends wedding from 22 June to 27 June...

...The location is in between the things to do on one side Negril and Montego Bay and then the other side Ocho Rios (Blue Hole and Dunns River falls) and the airport isn’t a long haul...

...I liked that this location was a smaller more intimate all inclusive...

...Also a good location fir nearby tubing and rafting activities...

...Nice location near by all.place u need to vist...

...I stayed in the swim up Junior suite privilege; very clean, spacious and great location of the resort...

...Had a fab 2 weeks, we were able to travel on the main tui excursions from here so it was a great location for us...

...The DJ’s try their hardest to cater to everyone, but it’s just not possible. They play line dance songs, old and new dancehall, hip hop and pop music...

This is my 5th visit since I started vacationing in February 2021 and it’s the airy green areas (though very sunny) and the ambiance that have me fueled...

...Big shoutout to the blue team who do entertainment there was dances classes in the pool foam party’s and loads more.I have a son who every night asked to go to the mini disco it was fun even my 12 year old got involved.There was also shows on for the older kids after .A band was playing every night it was so fun to listen too.There was a beach party one night it was epic .The food hall staff were so kind and if you needed anything you would get it .Loads of different restaurants as well as a buffet .My son loved the kids club and came back with carafes he had made .and never wanted to leave...

...They had nightly live music and dancing in the plaza which was wonderful!...

...Night time entertainment was great a live band every night, then at 9:30 always something else to entertain you live shows and ice cream to boot...

...The evening live music was always so amazing especially if you want to eat outside and enjoy it from your table...

...They loved the 830 show and their morning at Daisy club. The blue team entertainment was amazing from the beach party to Disco at night or the 9:30 shows, simply amazing...

...The room was absolutely beautiful and updated... All the nightly shows (and live music) were great - I especially enjoyed Jamaican night and the steel drums... The disco was perfect to let loose and dance...

...Lots for the kids to do, bowling, teen club, evening shows, band in the evening...

...Every night, we went to a show or listened to a band play music outside...

...The pool entertainment was very lively and the Disco on the resort was extremely fun and entertaining!...

Room was very well presented, clean, spacious bathroom had separate bath & shower, double sink and separate toilet... I felt like I was in a Jamaican resort, great choice of music most of the time... I don't want to be in the Caribbean to listen to Pop Music thanks... ?Evenings was fun, packed with lots of activities, beach party was great, live band every night plus shows, bowling alley, sports bar I can go on...

...We stayed near the Daisy Club and my 8 year old daughter loved the Kid’s club and mini disco...

...The rooms are beautiful and clean love the housekeeping service, when i went to see the pool area, was well set and organized…bartenders were really nice, i love yashin from the disco very hard working bartender also the entertainment was of the chain especially the great Dane, He is a big inspiration and very great asset to this resort...

...There was live entertainment every night in the middle of the square and shows at the indoor theatre and live music at the lobby bar...

...They had the guest rocking on the floor with music from various genres...

...They also have a theater where they do live shows every night (they were doing Michael Jackson and Beauty and the Beast when we were there)...

...The room was lovely, we even had a jacuzzi on our balcony... My husband’s birthday was on Oct 3 and I mentioned it to him and in less than 2 hrs, he decorated our room with flowers and towel art... On the days when Nelson and Shania was off, Melanie and Joe Marie took over and the standard did not drop, the customer service and attention paid to our wants and needs was amazing...

...The food was super, the shows were great, the music at the lobby at night with the young lady playing and singing, wow, no words for that, that was angelical. She played the piano and sang so beautiful and she played request songs...

...Bowling alley, disco club, music and shows every night...

...Once we got to the hotel we was greeted by kimolee who was very lovely and even upgraded us to a junior suite... The shower holder had broken off with a wire hanging out, the tiles were broken all over the room with sharp edges and I had an 11 month old... No one came to make up the bed or clean the room until midnight and we arrived in the room at 8pm... Everything in the room is broken or falling apart and dirty...

...The room service took 3 hours or some days never came at all... We had a group of 13 and all the rooms were nasty and had mold... They also do not provide two beds it’s just 1 with a pool out couch... We had a room of 4 people and they only gave us 2 wash cloths we had to ask for more and never received them...

...Although the room came with a Butler, communication between them, reps and managers could have been better and time was taken away from the holiday to sort out some issues. As May is classed as rainy season, mosquitos were troublesome so be prepared and take both skin and room repellent... Natasha from housekeeping was fabulous and takes an obvious pride in her work from towel origami and a spotless room always delivered with a smile...

...Resort was fun, bowing was fun and they have a teen room in the evening to let the kids jam out on the Xbox after a long day at the pool. Sarahi is the girl that works the teen room and she's the best...

...The rooms are beautiful, well designed and laid out... I had a swim up standard room but they added on privilege for free because of a mishap at check in, which was a nice plus but wouldn’t otherwise have paid more for... Room service was fast and usually came between 15-30 mins...

...This resort is beautiful and we had a good time our only complaint is that my daughter is in a wheelchair and while I was told by their US representative that in order to get an accessible room we had to book a Jr. suite and then put in a note requesting handicap accessibility. Well we got the Jr. Suite NOT accessible AT ALL we requested a shower chair, the first day we were there I asked 4 times even went to the lobby at 10:30 at night, the next day I asked 6 different times I even spoke face to face with a man who said he was the manager he assured me it would be taken care of that day...

...The room cleaners would run out of hand towels, Kleenex, bath mats etc...

...There were no directions about using the in room phone or how to access in room dining... At each restaurant, each visit we were asked for our room number and if we had any allergies and then waited for a table to open up according to the number of diners for each wait staff... I was told that more than one person was attending to rooms, eg basic cleaning, coffee and drinks, bathroom supplies... One day they came at 6 pm to clean our room!...

...We all requested ocean front rooms and resort was able to accommodate us... There was a few things that I really feel that OCSR could of improved on… the real cleanliness of their rooms ( not discrediting the hard work that all the those in housekeeping put in , just think they might be under-staffed or given too much to do each day) and the availability of “cold beer” and ice in drinks, which I do realize would be a very hard thing to manage...

...We had a swim up room which was clean but had absolutely no basic amenities... A person came by and thoroughly inspected my room to make sure I had not misplaced it... These might seem like minor annoyances but ones I shouldn't have to deal with continually at this level of resort...

...The Japanese and Indian restaurant are well worth a visit The only reason I gave a 4 was room cleaning was hit and Miss and the your favourite drinks weren’t always available...

Went on a family holiday from the 2nd to the 9th of January, we had 4 rooms between us all and were expecting a 5* all inclusive resort... absolutely shocking based on how expensive our stay was... In regards to the rooms they were not cleaned every day, infact we only got our room cleaned and bed made 3 times during our 1 week stay, We had no toilet paper in the room, my sister had no towels, everything was a complete nightmare from beginning to end...

...Rooms are new, clean and decent size. Yes, sometimes things don't work or random stuff is missing in a room but staff tries to accommodate and we didn't find it to be a big deal... Receptionist switched our room right away which is literally unheard of as I always faced issues at other resorts when asking to switch a room...

...Our rooms all came with 2 beds and a pull out!... It was hard to get extra towels, toothbrushes, and water sent to the room unfortunately we would call and no one would come...

...Room Service was spotty, and generally took almost 1 hour to come...

...The lobby & rooms were as advertised and there was Rum Punch being served at check-in!! 😁 We upgraded our parents & Aunt to Privilege and my sisters & I were later upgraded, which included butler service, 24 hr room service at no charge, special room service menu and access to a private area of the beach... They were both helpful, but I believe they had several other demanding rooms so there were delays that you wouldn’t expect with “butler service.” Nevertheless, I believe they did their best to accommodate us... As for the room service, I don’t know what their method is for supplying the food, but they seemed to always be out of something that was on the menu...

Mr Romeo the room service manager deserves a special mention as he took time out at very short notice to make sure my husbands birthday was very memorable...

...We got to the hotel 3am and the Night Manger Earl was there to greet us and take us to our room... The room was lovely, we even had a jacuzzi on our balcony... My husband’s birthday was on Oct 3 and I mentioned it to him and in less than 2 hrs, he decorated our room with flowers and towel art...

...We visited for a friends birthday and poolside team was very helpful to provide assistance at our swimup rooms for beverages and room service...

...When we arrived we were told they double booked the rooms that night so we got downgraded and would be reimbursed when checking out... During check out they allowed me to speak with a hotel manager who gave me a letter assuring me I will be reimbursed for the room and charged for a lower level room...

...One warning: don’t accept the breakfast if a concierge approaches you; they will try to get you to buy a vacation package that costs over $29,000...

...The liquor is well liquor, we had to pay $4.00 for Coronas and at the adults pool it was in cash(we couldn't charge it to our room)... I would neither stay nor recommend this resort...

...If you want access to premium liquor you can upgrade to privilege... There is an option to purchase better wine but the cost was a bit high for the selection...

...It went downhill from there, the bed had not been made up for the sofa as there was 2 adults and 2 children and it was a king size bed only... If your looking for authentic Jamaican food, don’t bother as they’re only catering for the Americans... If I wanted to have burgers, fries and hotdogs everyday I’d go America... They don’t supply any premium alcohol either unless paid for and they don’t even use their own local alcohol... I had to go buy a bottle of Wray and nephew rum from the supermarket in town... I wouldn’t stay here again due to the plethora hotels in beautiful Jamaica...

...* The casino was very small, I think that my room was bigger than their casino, and you must bring your ID or Passport to gamble (I don't know about anyone else but when I'm on a resort my wallet and passport are locked in my safe) and they close at 10:30p * The food in the privilege lounge was cold, and this is even after I'm asking to make it fresh. After getting cold food for the second time I decided not to go back...

...After having an allergic reaction on the first day, I had concerns on how I will survive the next 5 days on this property...

...Also book your own tour guide didn't care for the ones there... Bring cash the ATM has a 8 dollar ATM fee...

...Pushy timeshare style sales crap. Never a care about anything you need as a guest besides shoving food and sweet drinks with very little liquor in them in your face...

...Pool bartenders made it difficult to get a drink even if you wanted to tip them...

First lesson learned... Stay away from sales people for H10 Travel Club. It is just another name for a timeshare and is not worth the amount of money they want you to spend and even though they will say you can cancel at any time, you will not get your deposit back...

...The air transat rep who sold it to us told us to bring our phones, back pack but failed to mention that we weren’t allowed to use it and then had to buy lockers !!...

Went on a family holiday from the 2nd to the 9th of January, we had 4 rooms between us all and were expecting a 5* all inclusive resort... absolutely shocking based on how expensive our stay was... The buffet is one of the smallest i have ever seen, in order to get a fried egg AGAIN a 30 min wait... I could not believe how stressful it was staying here and would not recommend it to anyone... I have been to Jamaica many times and this is by far the worst and most expensive place i have stayed in... There are many cheaper and better hotels where you can actually relax... All i can say is don't waste your money and well deserved time off in this place...

...I think the hotel needs to implement a “no reserve policy” Also there were never enough tubes for the lazy river but dollar store inflatables work well...

...We had a swim up room which was clean but had absolutely no basic amenities... Numerous calls to the front desk and visits to the front desk got me hangers on the third day... Had to line up two days in a row for an hour each day to reserve the Japanese for 5 pm... These might seem like minor annoyances but ones I shouldn't have to deal with continually at this level of resort... I liked Jamaica would return but not to this resort...

...Plug in bathroom had to be replaced (after 4 days of complaining)... Bridal services were fair and expensive... Make a reservation for the Japanese restaurant as soon as you arrive...

There are many dissapointing reviews online about this resort and these scare people away... We did not even enjoy it all because we ran out of time... 100-200 dollar bills for a week is worth it... Avoid those sellers that will grab you when you check in for a time share breakfast and offer you the world... The gift shop is crazy expensive... 20.00 Canadian for a bag of chips... 20.00 USD for water shoes...

...But again shoutout to the staff that went the extra mile like Jaldean who always greeted us and memorized how we liked our omelette and Daine the chef who went above and beyond to get me some real Jamaican food... Yes, we expected something as we spent A LOT of money to go there and every time I went to a resort for a regular anniversary, staff made some kind of event of it... It was a great trip just didn’t meet my expectations and that could just be my fault for having high expectations for what we spent...

...The biggest mistake we made was upgrading to "Privilege" at check in for $35 US a person per day. Total waste of money as you do not get the benefits promised at check in... I did complain to front desk mid-trip about the lack of privilege benefits for the money and asked to be downgraded to a blue band for the duration of the trip... Not one to write reviews usually as I always look for the best after all I am on vacation but could have had the same experience and a fine vacation but same yourself some money and don't bother upgrading you don't get what it promised...

...Please save yourself the disappointment and sadness for such an important life moment... Included was a champagne toast, which we never received... This trip was a huge investment for us and cost A LOT of money that we and our guests worked hard to save for...

...If paying all this money and clearly not over the weight limits, should we not be able to accompany our children? The cherry on the cake was when we were leaving to go to the airport we decided to stop into the Buffett for a quick breakfast, carry on luggage in tow... I was taking up a hash brown for my toddler and the woman working the Buffett told me to take the food off my 3 year olds plate and put it back as they weren’t opened for another 10 minutes...

...The resort needs more cleaning staff to speed up room prep but very minor issue...

...They only leave 1 mini bottle of vodka and 1 mini bottle of fireball per day. The cleaning they do is simply making your bed...

...* The housekeeping is not what I'm used to, they will only make your bed, and if you're lucky they'll give you fresh towels, we had to ask for them to restock the mini bar and for coffee on a few occasions...

...Nazwa was assigned to my room and her attention to detail is impeccable. I would only add that the hotel look into getting friendly food items for children and the housekeeping staff clean a little earlier in the day...

...House keeping needs attention, we had to ask for towels and for the bathroom to be cleaned properly a couple of times...

...We had a room of 4 people and they only gave us 2 wash cloths we had to ask for more and never received them...

...The grounds were well manicured Drinks were average but if you booked at Eden Bay section of the resort you will be given privileged service with better options...

...Not sure if the Resort needs additional housekeeping staff or they need to trained better because we had two unfortunate issues. The first was upon arrival and although we arrived an hour later than expected, we had to wait 2 hours to get a room because it was not cleaned... The second time, was our 3rd evening, when we arrived in our room from an evening out (around 10 pm) and housekeeping had not been in the room to make the bed and provide clean linens...

First of let me say the rooms was clean and nice and most of the staff was nice , but the cooks have bad attitudes, I was upset because I had to pay 45 dollars a day for a day pass , I also got so sick and congested and had a bad allergy reactio from the chemicals they used in martha market to clean with...

...Pros: Friendly, Clean, Quiet, All-Inclusive, Great Food, Pool/foam parties Cons: Far from airport — taxis charge more to take you to/from destinations...

...You'll always get the nice warm weather, clear blue water, etc...

...Rooms were decent size, firm mattresses clean linens. No issues with towels either in room or on beach, however, occupancy was low while we were there... Room was wet mopped daily with new towels and tidied...

...We're clearly at approximately 50% capacity and our rooms are not being cleaned until after 4pm...

...Everything so far has been great (been here two days)... The only one issue we've had so far was at route 66 restaurant you can only order 1 thing at a time and it took an hour to arrive... I won't name anyone but they were also nice and respectful when we declined... I would like to give a special shout-out to a few amazing folks we met working at the resort... Joe-Marie our butler is a lovely lady, and was always quick and happy to help!... O'Shane at the privelege restaurant was absolutely busting his butt every time we saw him... There were two hilarious servers in Martha's buffet, Joshua and I forget his partner's name, Zioane?... They played everyone's requests and hyped up the courtyard...

My family and I went to OCS for our winter break... We decided to go for the privilege and pay a little extra for the extra attention, believe it was worth it... Our butler Rouge was amazing, his counter partner I couldn't even tell you his name because we never saw him at all or heard from him... We also needed a special diet while we were there (our family eats halal only and my son has a sever egg allergy) the head chef Manuel and the catering manager Phillip were AMAZING they made sure we had every dinner sorted out and even hooked us up with some halal jerk chicken lunches and egg free chicken nuggets...

...The resort was beautiful, not over crowded and was easy to navigate... Akeem was a server at the buffet and sometimes at the teppanyaki restaurant who was super friendly and made our meal times enjoyable!... The pool was perfect, large, and never too busy we enjoying the pool everyday!... She was persuasive, persistent (but not overbearing) and always got our group involved in the activities which made us enjoy the trip even more!... The swim up bar at the pool was our favourite Robert was always taking great care of us!... The staff were so genuine, friendly and caring especially towards the children of our group!... We even left behind bags of clothes, extra diapers and wipes we had to give to some of the women buffet staff who were pregnant or had babies the same age as the ones in our group because we loved them so much and wanted to help them out, we became close to Kacy-Ann & Janelle as we bonded over children and they were so helpful when we went to the buffet... Our rooms all came with 2 beds and a pull out!... We also requested cribs for the baby’s which was helpful for us... It was hard to get extra towels, toothbrushes, and water sent to the room unfortunately we would call and no one would come... Our friends had the privilege package that came with a butler named Jermaine who looked out for our whole group which was a bonus!... Overall I would rate this resort as a 4.5 star, it was almost perfect...

...The chef Mr. Joshi was so adapting in taking food request as I am vegetarian and have restrictions of no onion and garlic . Because of Mr joshi I had the best Indian food which I don’t even get in Montréal ... He every time prepared something special for me and saw him catering other guests so well too ... If I have to come back to Jamaica I will come back to this resort because of the chef Second is the bartender darwee at ocean coral spring v warm and always keep smiling and making drinks as per one’s wish , less sugar , flavours and customise it...

...This was our fourth time in Jamaica and this time we experienced very poor service at this resort, which is very unlike the experience we had in Jamaica the previous times. Upon getting out our taxi there was no warm greeting by hotel staff with a welcome drink etc, we were immediately harassed by several staff for time share... On two occasions we were asked by staff behind the kids snack bar to do them favours and get them food... We paid for Privelege service and barely saw our Butler... They choose instead to communicate through Whatsapp... When you make requests through the app, they say they are coming or to "remind" them... Room Service was spotty, and generally took almost 1 hour to come... Only good bar in the entire resort was the Lobby Bar...

...We were lucky to do excursions right on-site; the snorkeling instructor even taught me how to swim the next day haha. The staff, including The Great Dane from Entertainment and Cash, ensured that our stay was nothing less than amazing...

Food , environment, customer service, closeness was excellent... The bell man came to take our suitcases to the lobby when we got home I realized my expensive designer sunglasses & expensive perfume was gone very upsetting...

...I stayed at the oceans Coral Springs for 2 nights in November, on the first day after check in the bellhop was very rude and even being told he was rude he didn’t see as such. My family and i had to go to breakfast with our clothes crush after waiting for hours for a steamer as there was none in the room We dined at the Marlin restaurant on my birthday night and the service was horrible, we did not get all that we ordered and we didn’t get any drink before, while or after eating... I called on the morning of departure to get some towels and rags to shower and i had to go look for a housekeeper on the floor to get them, even after breakfast when we got back to the room they still didn’t take the towels nor the rags... I would like to mention Richoy from guest services he was very polite and tried to help us to have a bit better vacation but it was issues after issues The gsm had promises us a champagne in the morning after complaining to him about the bellhop and after some hours of waiting i had to go back down to the front desk for them to let him we are still waiting on the champagne…... It didn’t arrive until after six that evening Hotel is clean n beautiful but the service is very very poor...

No words can express the gratitude for the staff of Ocean Spring Coral Hotel in Montego Bay... Everyone was very welcoming, nice and polite, friendly and working hard... I have to admit we were little worried at the beginning when we booked all inclusive vacation because we are on plant based/ vegan diet but Sashorn, the food and beverage concierge and Philip took a really good care of us and made sure that we have plenty of choices... Sashorn was extremely professional and made sure to communicate with the team what we can and cannot eat... We cannot forget to mention all others like chef Manuel Chavez and his flavorful ,colourful and delightful meals, chef Jordan,Haniff and Oshane from Privilege restaurant, chef Shana, chef Renardo, and Lorraine, Sharelene the super visor, Shane from Martha’s Market,Shantel and Shantal from Mike’s coffee they all took great care of us... It’s was a real pleasure to be your guest and we will definitely come back...

...The butler assigned was very helpful in educating us about the hotels offering... There was a young lady at the Martha’s market restaurant that was on the evening shift named Jovian Black that offered excellent service and that helped to make our stay even more pleasant and memorable...

...I want to give the Blue Team the highest praise we can give them as they made our vacation great, especially Unque, Adrian (Freestyle) and Wayne... Also a big thank you to Carlene who was our maid for most of our stay... She made sure our room was stocked with towels and anything else we needed... Casey our waitress at Martha’s Market always gave a warm welcome at breakfast and lunch... The staff here were always friendly and helpful Ocean Coral Spring has a lot to offer families - great entertainment at the pools, the lazy river, water park and even a bowling alley... You can’t have both either all reservations or first come first served... I’m sure most parents would appreciate this as well as some of the older vacationers like us...

...The people were friendly and you were greeted with a cold drink in the lobby... But again shoutout to the staff that went the extra mile like Jaldean who always greeted us and memorized how we liked our omelette and Daine the chef who went above and beyond to get me some real Jamaican food...

...Also get there early if you want a lounger and umbrella set up as they go quick... Was told we would get guaranteed cabana at pool, false, lifeguard said they were first come first serve... Privilege allows you to make dinner reservations but it didn't matter because at the restaurants they would just seat you first come first serve... I asked for waters for the room and was given 2, we were a party of 5... Was told they would handle it repeatedly, nothing changed and was offered a refund for the final 3 days... I made them put it in writing and still 2.5 months later no refund but a ton of excuses from the hotel and management...

...If you are not black or white expect some of the bar staff waiting by you to receive a tip or even ask you for a tip. Also they will help the black and white people first before helping you... Some will even take your drink order and then help a black or white person...

My husband’s birthday was on Oct 3 and I mentioned it to him and in less than 2 hrs, he decorated our room with flowers and towel art... On the days when Nelson and Shania was off, Melanie and Joe Marie took over and the standard did not drop, the customer service and attention paid to our wants and needs was amazing...

...Most of the servers' facial expression and tone was unpleasant... At one point my partner and I was seated and our server decided to serve all the white people before attending to us VERY DISAPPOINTING... Customer service at the front desk was non existent... Our bathroom drain was clogged and we put in several request to no avail until we spoke to Earl which got the job completed in a timely manner... Earl was professional and addressed our concerns promptly... The jerk chicken at the jerk hut was tasty but again the customer service was poor... They often ran out of plates and utensils to serve...

...Our room was nice and big- cleaned well everyday... Always had our mini fridge replenished... The cherry on the cake was when we were leaving to go to the airport we decided to stop into the Buffett for a quick breakfast, carry on luggage in tow... We were 10 minutes early but everything was laid out ready to go... I was taking up a hash brown for my toddler and the woman working the Buffett told me to take the food off my 3 year olds plate and put it back as they weren’t opened for another 10 minutes...

Staff was pleasant, accommodating and attentive... Check in time could be improved, the wait to check in was very long... We visited for a friends birthday and poolside team was very helpful to provide assistance at our swimup rooms for beverages and room service...

...We booked with Sunwing and they lost my sons luggage... My son never got his luggage the entire trip and to this day back... When we arrived we were told they double booked the rooms that night so we got downgraded and would be reimbursed when checking out... As told, I called the front desk to open the hut tub but no one came the second day... No one came the entire seven days and we were never able to use it... Some mornings at the breakfast place I wasn’t even given a fork... I ate my eggs with my son’s cutlery... No one came to serve coffee... When we were leaving the table they made sure to come and see if we left a tip though... During check out they allowed me to speak with a hotel manager who gave me a letter assuring me I will be reimbursed for the room and charged for a lower level room... To this day, despite of my agent contacting the hotel management and workers for a year straight, I was not reimbursed...

...Everybody was attentive and polite, after we checked in we proceeded to our room which was at the end of the building, it was amazing!... breakfast was 100% on point with a huge buffet and chefs waiting to make your eggs/omelet to the order...

...if i went down to the pool at 6am all of the beds were already taken... The resort has many bars, from the swim up pool bar to the sports bar or lobby bar but they don't have enough glass wear, on many many occasions i was not served a drink because they had nothing to put it in!...

...The slides at the waterpark were the perfect size for my 3.5 yo boy. The main pool is only about 3ft deep which is so great for kids... The buffet was actually really good and had lots of great options for each meal... We had lunch at the Jamaica Grill (beach) every day and it was always awesome... We never really had an issues getting any chairs or towels, but it seemed a bit quiet, so if you’re heading into a busy week that might be different for you... Bring insulated drink bottle for your drinks... Great balcony, but not so comfy chairs... It definitely lacks the polish you’d expect from a new 5 star resort... Bring pool toys, they charge min $15USD at the resort shops for water toys...

Room was very well presented, clean, spacious bathroom had separate bath & shower, double sink and separate toilet. Balcony very spacious with swing and seating area!... Resort is huge, lots to do with so many pools, water park and lazy river... Perfect for my 3.5 yr old... U defo cant go hungry food on tap in all directions... I felt like I was in a Jamaican resort, great choice of music most of the time... ?Evenings was fun, packed with lots of activities, beach party was great, live band every night plus shows, bowling alley, sports bar I can go on... Entertainment staff in day and night were working hard to entertain guests and make them feel good... Hotel need to be more vigilant with around the pool areas...

At the beginning of our stay we were not informed about the services available except for a brief description of the restaurants. There were no directions about using the in room phone or how to access in room dining... The beaches and pool areas were well maintained, and there were many life saver personnel roaming around those areas, although there was a problem with standing water and soggy grassy areas... The beach and pool towels were plentiful and easily obtained, but there was no accountability for them, although we were asked for our room number at each time we went for towels... I was told that more than one person was attending to rooms, eg basic cleaning, coffee and drinks, bathroom supplies... It was easy to find a shady place on the beach... The chaises were comfortable and easy to move if needed...

...My husband and I and 2 other couples were at Ocean Coral Spring Resort from Jan 11-20 for their all inclusive privilege package! We all requested ocean front rooms and resort was able to accommodate us... With privilege level we did have butler service… which I have to say Moya and Shalom “knocked it out of the park”!... They both were so very sweet and worked really hard to make our stay feel like home!... Also want to mention Adrian Amoore who shared with us the info on next level up from privilege, which I believe was premium package... There was a few things that I really feel that OCSR could of improved on… the real cleanliness of their rooms ( not discrediting the hard work that all the those in housekeeping put in , just think they might be under-staffed or given too much to do each day) and the availability of “cold beer” and ice in drinks, which I do realize would be a very hard thing to manage... All that being said my husband and I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Ocean Coral Springs to our friends!...

...From start to finish it was a wonderful time away while we were staying at this resort. We were in building 1 - floor 5 and our room was spacious and clean... Every day we had housekeeping service and Carlita always surprised us daily with a towel design on our bed... The Indian restaurant was our favorite, and the service was top notch!... Everyone was friendly, kind and provided exceptional customer service whether we were at a bar, restaurant, check in lobby area or just walking through out the resort... The Blue team and the entertainment are also what makes this all -inclusive shine... Every night, we went to a show or listened to a band play music outside... We never had a problem getting a chair under an umbrella area, but it was easier by the beach than the pool areas... I would definitely return to this resort and have no hesitations recommending it to others...

...The resort was beautiful, not over crowded and was easy to navigate. The restaurants were good we did the buffet a lot but the fancier restaurants did have kid’s menus which was great for our group!... Lots of activities for all ages including, the nightly shows (one specifically for kids), live music, karaoke, beach party, morning stretch class, dance class, water aerobatics, guess that tune (done at the pool), foam pool party, lazy river, bowling (which we never got to unfortunately) and the kids club... The pool was perfect, large, and never too busy we enjoying the pool everyday!... Some pool activities and the MC at the nightly shows was done by the most enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate women named Unique!... She was persuasive, persistent (but not overbearing) and always got our group involved in the activities which made us enjoy the trip even more!... The swim up bar at the pool was our favourite Robert was always taking great care of us!... The beach was good, the water was super warm and hammocks were a great touch!... Loved all of the pictures spots near the beach (Jamaica sign, large chair, love sign)... Our rooms all came with 2 beds and a pull out!... We also requested cribs for the baby’s which was helpful for us... The bathrooms were great I loved the separation between the tub and shower... It was hard to get extra towels, toothbrushes, and water sent to the room unfortunately we would call and no one would come... Our friends had the privilege package that came with a butler named Jermaine who looked out for our whole group which was a bonus!... Overall I would rate this resort as a 4.5 star, it was almost perfect...

...Fairly new; the lobby is one of the eye-catching pieces of this establishment... We were lucky to do excursions right on-site; the snorkeling instructor even taught me how to swim the next day haha... The staff, including The Great Dane from Entertainment and Cash, ensured that our stay was nothing less than amazing...

...If you want to have a tropical getaway with your family or partner and is also looking for a place where the staff treats you like family Ocean corals is the place for you...

...On arrival, we were met by Luggage Attendant, Keeno who was pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable... We ate in Red Snapper and was offered a home away from home service from Devon, our Server, who made our father very comfortable and feel special... The trip was complete when Yvonne, from House Keeping make sure our rooms were clean and comfortable... Thank you to the management and team of OCS who made our stay and our father's birthday a memorable one... We will never forget how you made us feel comfortable, relaxed and special...

...The butler assigned was very helpful in educating us about the hotels offering... There was a young lady at the Martha’s market restaurant that was on the evening shift named Jovian Black that offered excellent service and that helped to make our stay even more pleasant and memorable...

...She made sure our room was stocked with towels and anything else we needed. Casey our waitress at Martha’s Market always gave a warm welcome at breakfast and lunch... The staff here were always friendly and helpful Ocean Coral Spring has a lot to offer families - great entertainment at the pools, the lazy river, water park and even a bowling alley... You can’t have both either all reservations or first come first served... I’m sure most parents would appreciate this as well as some of the older vacationers like us...

...They had the guest rocking on the floor with music from various genres...

...The people were friendly and you were greeted with a cold drink in the lobby... We chose Jamaica because you can’t go wrong with food and entertainment... But again shoutout to the staff that went the extra mile like Jaldean who always greeted us and memorized how we liked our omelette and Daine the chef who went above and beyond to get me some real Jamaican food...

...The resort itself was very nice, kids loved the kids splash pad area and the hanging egg chair on the balcony. Pools were nice and always something to do... The beach was fine but getting into the water depended on which side of the jetty you were on... Also get there early if you want a lounger and umbrella set up as they go quick... Total waste of money as you do not get the benefits promised at check in... Was told we would get guaranteed cabana at pool, false, lifeguard said they were first come first serve... Privilege allows you to make dinner reservations but it didn't matter because at the restaurants they would just seat you first come first serve... I asked for waters for the room and was given 2, we were a party of 5...

...The lobby & rooms were as advertised and there was Rum Punch being served at check-in!! 😁 We upgraded our parents & Aunt to Privilege and my sisters & I were later upgraded, which included butler service, 24 hr room service at no charge, special room service menu and access to a private area of the beach... I think the pools should be lit in the event that someone falls in at night...

...We stayed in the privilege junior swim up suite and it was as good as anywhere else we have stayed. Lots of storage for clothes, clean sheets & towels every day, room cleaned to a high standard every day... All staff always polite & friendly- everyone on site say hello as you walk past... Rhenea in privilege restaurant specially arranged for ackee & salt fish for me as I asked every day but it wasn’t available 😊 worth the wait as it was excellent!... Pool is large with plenty of beds & loungers... But we could have gone to the beach or somewhere else further away if we wanted to... Try the Bob Marley cocktail made with slushies to refresh you during the day... Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely come again...

...There are a variety of restaurants locator on the resort that you can choose from... We booked a privileged, junior, rooftop suite, which came with a personal butler... Our butlers name was Devon, he was very personable and attentive... Our room had a Jacuzzi on the rooftop with the perfect view of the resort and ocean... I enjoyed my stay, my advice would be to do extensive research before choosing a resort to stay at...

...There's tons of spots for drool worthy IG pics, however that's the high point... There are no hand towels or face cloths... There are areas such as the pools and showers that are already showing signs of age and decay... There needs to be covered walkways and shuttle services... You don't get access to the steakhouse if you're not an adult side or privilege member... I've been to lower and higher tier resorts where the steakhouse was standard...
