Just returned from a 4 night stay. Anthony and Marilyn are wonderful hosts. Pretty room with lots of windows. Small but adequate bathroom. Great relaxing front porch. To die for breakfast. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I said for a long weekend. It's close to historical downtown, which is the only nice thing about it. The shower does not stay warm/hot for very long. The decor is not my favorite and the bed is not that comfortable.

If you love B&Bs, you'll love the Victorian House. Fabulous host and hostess, incredible gourmet breakfasts, and complimentary wine in late afternoon, sipped with friendly and interesting guests. It's located in the heart of St. Augustine's Old Village, so you can walk or take the trolley tour to all the historic sites. We'll be back!

My boyfriend and I never stayed in a b&b before. This was our first experience and we enjoyed every moment of it. It was far enough that we enjoyed quiet nights to relax and close enough that we walked to everything. It is a perfect location with great food. We recommend this place to anyone.

This was our 2nd stay at Victorian House and again, it exceeded expectations. The location is perfect because it is close enough to restaurants and the sites, but far enough that you can retreat and rest up when you want to. St. Augustine is a wonderful place to visit and if you're going to stay a night, choose Victorian House....

This was a very good (not great) B&B. The best things were the bed..super comfy, the owners...very helpful, the staff...very good, the location.....excellent(didn't use the car for 3 days there). The cons: old building with thin walls(noisy)...I guess to be expected...... the good(but not great) includes breakfast/shower(sometimes hard to get hot water)/the guest fridge freezer.....good but small. Other nice amenities include...
