I took my wife to House of Sea and Sun for a weekend getaway and we loved it. We stayed in the safari suite and though we couldn't see the ocean because we were on the bottom floor behind the sand dunes, we had a patio outside our French doors that we could relax in and we thoroughly enjoyed that....

Thank you for taking the time so send us a nice review. We are always so pleased to know when somebody enjoyed their stay and actually told somebody! This is an old house and I love the charm of it just maybe not all the nuances, so thank you for understanding. We hope to see you again with your furry...

Thank you for your great review, I know happy hour does get carried away sometimes but so much fun.. We are not about a hotel atmosphere with all the dogs around but we love them. Hope to see you at the beach soon. Patty

St. Augustine is one of our favorite places to visit. We returned in August and stayed at what I consider the most delightful and welcoming Bed and Breakfast that I've visited in recent memory. Patty Stedler, the Innkeeper/Owner greets you with a warm smile and open arms. This renovated Inn has seven spectacular rooms with breath taking views of the...

Thank you so much for taking the time to send a nice review. We try very hard to make our guests feel welcome. I am so glad you enjoyed it here. We have had so many nice guests call or email to see how we did during Mathew. It really warmed my heart. Again, thank you. Patty

My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. I love how pet friendly they are. Patty and her staff were really nice. The breakfast in the morning was good and the company even better. The walk to the beach was so nice and we could take our dog on a leash. We ate at the Beachcomber with our...

There's a smidgen of pride as you roll past the other B Street b&b's that WISH they were the House of Sea and Sun. There is ample parking for guests- which is unusual in this area - and it is right on the beach. The guest rooms are quaintly decorated and the inn generously provides plenty of beach swag for...

We were two couples and my boyfriend and I have two dogs, one that has always been boarded before, and isn't hotel or restaurant savvy. The fact that this B&B allows dogs and does not charge a deposit was awesome and saved us $50 right there. The other couple chose the other large room downstairs, so we were in Safari...

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the House of Sea and Sun in St. Augustine, FL! The owner and staff welcomed us warmly and treated us like family, which only a top quality bed and breakfast can provide! We highly recommend this establishment, and look forward to future stays with friends and family!

We arrived about an hour early, and although the room was not ready yet, we still got checked in and went for a walk on the beach with our puppy to pass the time. Our room was on the bottom floor, so we were able to walk right out to the beach from the semi-private patio! Breakfast was an amazing...

My room is lovely; cool and comfortable, the view is glorious. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly here at the House of Sea and Sun. I am so glad that I made this trip. This is my second day here. I am staying until Thursday. I can't wait to see the sunrise tomorrow. I missed it today (slept in). I...

What an amazing House/Hotel/BB. We had a most relaxing and tranquil 2 night stay, right on the beach and chilled out on the hammock. We were in a most stunning room - Suite Louise, a 4 poster bed with en-suite shower room, also a bath tub in the room by one of the 2 windows overlooking the beach - heaven....
