The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and hadn’t eaten so we grabbed something from the hotel restaurant and sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly and recommended a drink for me that was light. The room was comfy and clean. I appreciate how this hotel chain is considerate of the environment and does not use the little bottles of shampoo, etc. big refillable ones attached to the wall make more sense. Only suggestion is “can you lower them for the shorter people”? Thanks to the recommendation from Dawn at the front desk, we ate at the cutest cleanest diner…..George’s! Dawn also gave us a few tips on our visit to St. Augustine. Would recommend this hotel….even though it’s away from the hustle and bustle of quaint St. Augustine.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased. Had some issues with our door on the bathroom but that was eventually resolved. I really like the staff who took care of the breakfast in the morning....charming people. Did not like the fact that you had to pay to park.

We stay at all Hilton’s during our travels! Most are outstanding, however this one in historic St Augustine did not measure up! We did not have hot water for showers. It was luke warm at best for both mornings! I did mention it to the front desk the first morning and the front desk said they would check on it! We never heard back nor did we have hot water the second morning! The breakfast buffet was very small without the variety found in the many Hiltons we frequent ! There is usually a pancake/waffle machine, oatmeal, hot biscuits and some kind of pastry sweet. Kind of disappointed and surprised that this lovely hotel did not make the mark as so many Hilton’s have!

Great Staff! Definitely stop by the bar. We were close to everything, check in was really smooth, the room was clean, and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back for our next getaway. Bartender gave my fiancé and I, cool places to visit, and really nice restaurants to try for dinner. It was a great experience.

My stay was wonderful. I have no complaints. Everything was as I expected . The hotel was new, it was clean. It was in walking distance of pretty much everything. It is a little bit of a walk but not to bad. It’s on 8 miles from Vilano Beach. Therefore I got to see it all. St. Augustine beach is only 22 miles away

As always, Hilton hits it out of the park. Lovely room, beds comfortable, staff friendly. Parking is ample at $15 a night, free to handicapped. Small pool, but very pretty. Good fitness center The hotel is what I'd call on the far end of the strip, across from the Fountain of Youth and the Old Jail. Ask the staff for options to travel around town and food options (there are many!) Overall a great experience, would stay again.

We had a good experience at the hotel. Derrick welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Great young man. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to walk downtown and the weather was nice. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks

The room was nice and the staff was nice, but the water in the room does not get hot it varies from cold to warm, I asked about it the maintenance guy came up said he adjusted it….it was still warm, we switched to another room water still warm, they said that the second room we switch to had hot water I’m convinced the hotel just don’t have any hot water, so if you’re going to stay here be prepared for cold/warm showers.

we had a great experience at your hotel everything was great , upper scale but somethings I would like to point out. Parking spaces are to small and mattresses are uncomfortably hard if you would fix those two things and you will be perfectly complete
