Enjoyed 3 nights at the hotel celebrating our 40th Anniversary. All very clean. Pool was lovely to relax in after the heat of the day. Staff all very helpful. Being able to leave the car safely in the underground car park was also great. Easy walking to all attractions.
Even though I’m Gold with Hilton, was going to stay at a different hotel, but decided the location here couldn’t be beat. Can walk to all the sights/history, except maybe the Fountain of Youth. Really can’t add anymore to the glowing reviews for Brandon and his staff! Just wish I could remember the bartender’s name in the evening! Rooms have been recently remodeled, and the shower is great, just wish it had included a handheld as well, like Westin. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had at any hotel, huge omelette and good, hot coffee! Negatives for me were out of the hotel’s control. As another reviewer said, St. Augustine seemed very “tourist-y”, in the same way as Pigeon Forge or Myrtle Beach. Also seemed like there was an admission fee for everything. Also agree about the parking fee, as you probably won’t need it during your stay. Would return to the hotel if in the area again.…
The manager Brandon was amazing and helped me to make a very special anniversary. Staff was fruendly, room was nice, amenities were good and the location was awesome. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Brandon!
6-20-2022 Enjoyed three days at this historical Hilton in Saint Augustine. My hubby and I enjoyed being in the heart of the city. We walk to all the museums and restaurants. We had a phenomenal server name Justina in the restaurant there called Aviles. Housekeeping was super attentive and kept everything spotless. I felt very safe. You’ll love this place.
Best hotel to visit the staff was friendly everything was clean they give you plenty of towels enjoyed I’ll stay I would definitely recommend you coming. We rented an electric car and the food was great.
Excellent location. In the center of everything you want to see while visiting St.Augustine. Water views. Private pool and hot tub. Restaurant on site. Rooms are nice. Shower was wonderful. Service and staff were excellent. Valet parking required.
As always hotel was clean, perfect condition. Our favorite hotel for many years in St. Augustine. Room comfortable and clean. Pool delightful and lovely view. Comfortable room, bathroom very nice. Breakfast very good. Starbucks very convenient in building.
The location is the first thing to be noted. It is in a perfect location to visit downtown for the fort, dining, shopping. It is a small property with a very small pool (if you were going to use it). The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It also has a nice view of the waterway (albeit with a road in between). I will stay there again, and recommend it.
This hotel is in a great location with tons of restaurants and attractions around. It offers a wonderful view of the water and bridge. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Went during Memorial Day weekend and the area was busier than normal, and a bit pricey, but it was a good stay.
The Hilton St. Augustine is a lovely hotel with an amazing staff. We stayed there for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The manager, Scott Dial, and his assistants, Michael, and Brandon, made sure that we had a great room with a view of the ocean. The staff brought my husband a birthday treat the morning of his birthday and also, helped make our stay a very memorable one. Our morning breakfast server, Ana, was also a delight and was so caring and special. Our room, as I mentioned, overlooked the ocean, had a whirlpool, and opened directly out to the pool, It was specious, clean, and roomy. Every night we ordered a drink from the great bartender, Eddie. He also waited on us a couple of nights when we ordered dinner in the restaurant. The food is very hot and tasty and the variety was excellent. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Hilton St. Augustine, Historic District. it is within walking district to many local attractions and the city's trolly is nearby. In addition, I would like to give accolades to Hucklebery Transportation which was recommended by the staff at the Hilton. This small operation, headed by David and Cameron, were awesome! They were punctual, reasonable, and exceptionally polite. Mary Borrell…
