manuelfrf, Thanks for the great review! We do try our very best to keep a clean and friendly hotel just as I hope everyone would. Like most Hamptons, if not all, breakfast, internet and parking are all included in your stay. We always provide the basic amenities such as neutragena facial and body soaps, body lotions, shampoo and conditioners along...

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet. The cost fell in the medium price range, but still a great value given the location and amenities. The staff was very friendly, professional, and offered great customer service. Although a short distance from the historic area, it was close yet far enough away to escape the hecticness of all of the...

Sgrudzi, I am so glad to read you enjoyed your stay and were well taken care of! We are blessed by some amazing staff members who enjoy sharing the many different aspects of St. Augustine. I also agree with you in reference to our location. Located roughly 1.3 miles from the downtown area, we are out of reach of the...

For the price of a stay here, this place was not up to par. It looks very nice from the outside, but our room was musty and damp. Door handles and mirrors were dirty and dusty. Maybe it was just our room but theres some cleaning and or updating to be done. I guess it's the location but for the...

We stopped on the last leg of a stressful trip and it was just what we needed. We stayed at two other hotels from different chains and by far our stay here was the best. Thank you to your amazing staff!!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only thing we did not think was up to Hampton's standards was the breakfast, i.e. There was not meats, (bacon or sausage), just a gravy with sausage. But overall a very good and clean Hampton inn.

kermitg2016, So great to read we were able to provide such great service. I apologize for breakfast items that weren't available during your stay with us. Typically with biscuits and gravy we do not place another protein item out due to the fact the gravy does have sausage in the mix. We do rotate breakfast items each day so as...

Stay was refreshing. Really comfortable beds, great tv channel selection, decent room size. Air conditioner leaked on the floor but did not affect stay. Location allows got a short walk or uber ride to downtown for a pleasant evening stroll and chance to pop into different bars.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Tom was very welcoming at the front desk and was extremely helpful. He is a great asset to the hotel! Good breakfast, clean rooms and very comfortable. A charming place to stay. The trolley shuttle comes and picks you up at the hotel, which is very convenient. I highly recommend!

This is a typical Hampton Inn. But what set it apart is a very friendly staff and what looks like recently renovated bathrooms! Good location though a bit of a walk from the center of town and many tourist activities! Uber to downtown was about $6 in the evening to/from this hotel.

Our family stayed at the Hampton last weekend when we came to visit Saint Augustine.
