the place was gross, expensive and needs to be destroyed. Grant you we found another place quickly. the manger expected us to sleep on a wet bed, from where the ceiling was cracked and the water was pouring down. He didn't tell us this when he rented the room.. we split very quickly..with our money, ..Please do not stay here.....

this "inn" should be shut down! This is a very disgusting, foul place.I should have known something was not right from the looks of the manager, dirty, smelly, rude talking.Ad said 32.00 was charged 90.00 including tax ,deposit for remote and key. The room was a total dump,it smelled of a combo of urine, smoke, and manure. The walls were moldy and the paint was peeling. The one...

We stayed here out of necessity having had a little to much to drink at the Conch House. This was the closest place that had rooms available and it's no wonder why. Althouhg the bed was made, the sheets looked liked they had not been changed from the previuos guest. The smell of the pillows were horrible. I would rather...

Stayed at this hotel with four friends to play a show at a bar across the street. Two friends did not want to drive back to jacksonville so we let them crash on the floor. We were quiet and respectful so that no one would complain, but around 8:00 am when we were all sleeping I noticed that the clerk...

Disgusting. The clerk was rude, un respectful and pusher. Full of mold and roaches. I can't give any rate. I was robbed paid almost 100 for sleeping in a nasty place. The sheets and towels nasty. It is five minutes from historic área but takes you like 30 because of the traffic.

Based on price and Trip Advisor reviews, we didn't expect a 5-star room, but it was much worse than we anticipated. Motel featured water damaged furniture, bathroom door that didn't fit door jam, constantly dripping tub, remote that didn't work, no spare roll of toilet paper, paper thin stained towels, single-lock external door, and a refrigerator that didn't cool properly....

The most unfriendly and disgusting place I've ever seen. Paid cash for the room, opened the door to a non smoking room that smelled like stale smoke, stains on the sheets, rust in the tub, cigarette burns on the matresses. We literally laid the key and the remote on the table, walked out and left and stayed at a lovely...

We had dirty sheets, patched holes in the wall that weren't painted, cigarette burns on the side of the tub, cockroaches, and so much more. Our friends booked us a room for a group while in town for a concert. I would have never stayed there if I had seen the room first. It was the nastiest room I have...

We reserved this motel online and were in complete shock after we got into our room! First, the non smoking room smelled like smoke when we got in there. The dated furnishings were not cleaning and working order. The towels were ripped and stained as were the sheets. The neighbors, who live in the inn, were drunk and loud. They even...

please, dear God please, check out TripAdvisor before staying at the historic inn.if they gave me the $55, it would not be worth the therapy needed to overcome the experience. St Augustine is well worth the trip I try eating at Harry's , very good food.Have a nice vacation.
