My husband and I stayed for 5 days with our 3 year old daughter in one of the studios. The PAG location was fabulous, we loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach (so close no need for a stroller), there was also a beach bar with cabana rentals for $30 for the day (more than worth it...

We recently spent a week at Coconut Inn. This was our fourth time staying there and the accommodations and staff are wonderful! It's very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Very nice beach and incredible sunsets. We've vacationed at several beach locations and Pass-A-Grille is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back. After reading the positive reviews for this hotel, we booked for one night in April 2017. After a warm welcome from Maggie, we were feeling reassured that indeed we were in for a positive experience. But quickly, irksome things began to accumulate. The first rule for the pool was "Shower before entering pool". But there was no indication of where...

jimfromquebec -thank you for your feedback which you had already provided to me upon checkout. As you point out from our glowing reviews it is clear that we almost always meet expectations and provide exemplary and professional service to our guests. We are human, however, and although it's something that has never happened in the past we did have a...

This boutique hotel was terrific. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of St. Pete's Beach strip. Eddie in the office was helpful. Directly across from beautiful beach and restaurants. We will book again!

We've stayed at other resorts on St. Pete Bch and this was our first time at the Coconut Inn. We will definetly return!! The rooms reminded us of quaint Cape Cod,MA cottages, clean and bright. The pool was delightfully warm,no charge for beach chairs or bicycles. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and short walk to the beach. Thank you!!!

We just returned home to WI where it is raining and grey. We miss everything about Pass-a-Grille. We love the Coconut Inn and their amazing staff. Eddie's main goal throughout his busy day is customer satisfaction. We enjoyed our 2 room suite next to the pool. Last year we had one room but decided to opt for two this year....

If you are looking for a Florida getaway that is NOT in the middle of a tourist location - large hotels, many cars, thousands of people and t-shirt stores - then Pass-a-Grille and the Coconut Inn are an excellent choice and a great location. Half a block walk to either the Gulf of Mexico or the North Channel. The Coconut...

The inn is just a few steps from the beach on the quiet lower end of St. Pete's Beach. The room was small but had a fully equipped kitchen area, a table and chairs, tiny bathroom and a very comfortable bed and pillows. It was perfect for a few days at the beach.

Coconut Inn is in great location, 90 steps to beach and built like I would spec my own cottage. Grilling and gazebo area makes the overall feel of being in your own home. Pass-A-Grille is nice and slow old Florida with lots to do when/if you leave the peninsula.

Staying at the Coconut Inn is pure delight. One block from the beach, several good restaurants and shops in walking distance and the cleanest rooms.l Also, the staff is so pleasant. Have been coming for three years and hope to make it four!

“If you staying for more than a few days, you will enjoy the extra space in a 1 or 2 bedroom suite. The studio room is cozy. No elevator so if walking up one flight up steps is not for you, then choose room on ground floor.”
