We arrived looking for a restful few days and this place did not disappoint. The staff could not do enough for us. Angelique in particular was there to ensure our stay was perfect. Our fridge was so cold one night, our drinks blew up, Angelique was there with a sorry and vouchers for a free breakfast, no questions asked. The rooms were spotless, as was the pool area and my favourite spot was the comfy chairs outside on the waterfront with a coffee from the indoor Starbucks. There is a great walk around the water with lots of wildlife like anghinga birds and turtles. Very peaceful place, highly recommended. Thank you Angelique and team!!

i was here for a boxing event and this hotel was awesome great beds and clean and walking track. restaurant downstairs was too expensive. but the customer service was outstanding i had a room problem but 'Chellie mccardle' took care of it and it was resolved she should be manager the way she took control and handled the situation. parking was great close to near by food places i will stay here again.

Not much to say. It's a Hilton. Very clean place. Close to the airport (20 mins by car over the causeway). You can fill up your vehicle with gas at the Shell Gas stations ( 3 mins away) Starbucks is right beside it. No need to fill up in Tampa when returning as the shell is only 10 miles away so you barely burn any gas. Overall this hotel was nice. Had a nice pool. A scary boardwalk :) Warning signs for alligators and wild animals. I never saw any and went on it. I did see a turtle. Restaurant in the place is nice but expensive. Better to go to Cracker Barrel 5 mins away or Courtside Grille which is right beside a publix for water and things you may need for pharmacy. Everything is close. Downtown St Petersburg is 20 mins by car. Easy drive in. Good location. I would stay there again.

Lots of potential, but some serious flaws in management and operation. The property is attractive on the surface - nice landscaping and pool area, renovated dining room. BUT very unprofessional in the way it's being managed. When we arrived, the front desk gave us keys to a room that was still being cleaned. Ok, people make mistakes. Then we returned later that afternoon to try to get into the same room and the keys didn't work because they gave our room to someone else (but didn't inform us)! They then tried to smooth things over by "upgrading" us to a handicapped room that I neither booked nor wanted! That room had a shower that would literally stop running mid-stream with erratic water pressure and temperature. So the next day, we moved rooms again. Then I asked to have housekeeping clean the room and was told that I needed to have requested that the day before, but they would make an "exception" and service the room. Meanwhile, I was traveling with other people who were explicitly asked about their housekeeping preferences at check-in (I was not). Nevertheless, the room was still never made up. I wouldn't expect this kind of service anywhere, but certainly not at a property charging these $300+/nt prices. I will never be back here and will avoid Hiltons at all costs as I don't trust their managerial abilities... Save yourself a lot of stress (and wasted money) and stay somewhere else!

This place looks very pretty but the cleaning is horrible. I stayed and paid a higher price compare with others hotel, expecting to have memories unforgettable of my 27th anniversary and ended in a not stop dissatisfaction since the room was very dusting, and the cleaning staff very noisy in the hall on yo of that couldn’t stay at the hotel because in the middle of my stay was a fire inspection, they should inspect more the cleaning of the room since I ended with a lot of allergy due to the dust. I required to leave a day early and they didn’t want to refund that night because it was a third party reservation. So after I left requested a full refund and the manager answered that it was impossible. I recommend everyone not to stay in this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay. Never again and the location far away from everything.

What a special hotel! You can never tell by driving up, but after checking in the wow experience begins. A beautiful lobby with a nice bar and the Luna restaurant. The rooms are very nice, staying here while attending a few Spring Training baseball games so didn't expect to spend too much time here. The pool was not too big but very nice and empty. The big year v was adjacent to the pool was a giant boardwalk trail surrounding the lake Carillon, beautiful to hike with surrounding floral Dean's and ducks at least a mile around. I'm the evening you could purchase a drying and go outside and enjoy it. The bar was open till 11 pm when we were here. This place was a home run!

Wow. What a find. Been coming back and forth from PHX to Saint Petersburg to see our grandson who is getting care at John Hopkins Children’s Hospital. We usually stay closer to the hospital, but rates were so high we ventured a little further out. And Wow! We are so glad we did! What a gem of a find. Beautiful property inside and out. Rooms are extremely clean and updated. Hallways are spotless. Service is outstanding. We are lifetime diamond members, we know an outstanding property when we see it. We will definitely refer our friends and family. We look forward to many return stays here in the future. The drive to the hospital is only 10 minutes. So worth it. My only suggestion to this hotel is it would be awesome if they offered a hospital rate. It’s close enough to the hospital that those coming for a hospital visit would love this property as an option at a hospital rate. Thanks for making this such a nice place to come in and to be able to COMFORTABLY relax after a long day.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Quiet business park type area off the main road. Great view of the lake. Walking/running trail is 3/4 of a mile long and surrounds the lake. You can see a lot of wildlife like birds, fish, and turtles. Fitness center is up to date and clean. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice and not super crowded. There is a patio area with comfortable seating and fire pits to enjoy. There is a small bistro inside that serves Starbucks products, however they do not take Starbucks gift cards. The restaurant inside the hotel is a bit pricey and there isn’t breakfast included. However there are several restaurants nearby you can door dash from and a Publix within walking distance.

We arrived at this hotel and we’re not greeted when we first came in. During our entire stay we were only greeted by one staff member a young man at the front desk. No free breakfast was included like at the Marriott and the staff aren’t very friendly. The pool was dirty during our stay which was a shame because our kids wanted to use it. We could hear talking outside of our room and someone dropping something on the hard floor in the room above us. It’s a good hotel but not the best one we stayed at. The staff were ok they just didn’t seem to care as much as other staff at other hotels we stayed at.

This was our third stay at this hotel. It has used Covid as an excuse to overcharge and under serve. You get no maid service or coffee service but top room rates. Garbage, empty beer bottles and dirty towels sat on the floors of the hallways and overflowing garbage cans were not cleaned. They say they clean high touch surfaces frequently. Never saw it. The signs say masks required in the lobby but there is no enforcement/compliance. The elevator is “limited to 3” persons except it isn’t. The pool had literally dozens of folks. At 8 am there were dirty towels and trash on the floor of the fitness center. If there really is no Covid safety protocols, why not bring back daily room cleaning and coffee but allow skittish guests to opt out? On the plus side, the water pressure in the shower was great, the front desk attendants always say hello when you walk by, and the nature path is delightful.
