My husband and I came here for a much needed week of relaxation and sun. We had a late check-in and the cottage was open with the light on for us. The cottage has a tiny kitchen that served our purposes. However not sure how a family would fare here. The bed was comfortable. The laundry is picked up every...

Good quiet location on the east end of Sanibel. Convenient. Quality is what may be expected for the price. Our unit had apparently been closed for awhile. Mildew smell was heavy. Average cleanliness. Kitchen appliances dated but good. Supplies Okay. Would only recommend if you are looking for price versus overall quality.

The properties are all owned by different people and managed by a small office. Customer service was adequate, but you can tell the managers aren't the owners by their courtesy and commitment. We stayed in cottage 17. The location is awesome (crossing a sleepy road for beach access). It's adequate, but worn. The bed was very comfortable (and I hope...

Stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location - 2 minutes to beautiful beach. Everything (and more!) that you need for a great stay. Helpful friendly staff. Can't fault it. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, beautiful condo! This has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Condo had a full kitchen with all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. Location is right by the lighthouse beach and a short bike ride or drive to many restaurants and shops. The only thing that could have made it better is if they had a...

Turns out these little efficiency one bedroom units are individually owned condos, managed by this hotel. Something very wonderfully retro about it all, w the little uints that remind one of one's grandma's apartment in pick-any Florida beach town. But it's delightfully all you need if your goal is a short walk to a pristine beach of white sand and...

Great value for the money. Location is convenient and staff was awesome. Enjoyed the privacy and quiet nature of the resort. Clean pool and prompt service. Accepts AAA for additional savings. A few items in the unit needed repair but overall it was in food shape. I would recommend to a friend.

After visiting Sanibel for decades, we finally moved to Florida, near Sarasota but wished to reconnect with our favored destination for an anniversary celebration - a spur-of-the-moment decision - just for one night. Many resorts required a long stay and many were already booked. We took a chance on the Colony Inn and were pleasantly surprised. The price was low...

Having stayed in Condo C-20 at the Colony Inn I would like to thank the owners of this great little place. It's well equipped, well decorated, it's just perfect! Myself and my partner stayed here for a week of relaxation before spending a week in Naples. If this is how Sanibel life is we love it and keep saying how...
