I stated in the yellow lifeguard. It had 2 “bedroom” loft spaces with queens. It was pretty unique I loved the experience. The house was right on the front of the property, had a keyless entry where you put a code in. The WiFi wasn’t that great, had trouble getting the tv to play anything cause the WiFi was so slow. There was a few creepy crawlers that visited the bathroom >~< ahh! The shower space is very small, while turning in the shower your elbows will bump walls but it’s expected cause it is a tiny house. There’s a cute patio space out the side of the house with a BBQ grill. I enjoyed the experience, I’d definitely come back if I find myself in Sarasota again

For the final price (taxes and cleaning fee incl), this place was mediocre. We wanted to experience the flavor of a tiny house.
The space itself was fine. The unit was clean but definitely could use some love and care (worn out flooring/trim, dip in (linoleum?)bathroom floor, etc.
We woke up to a Palmetto bug frantically trying to right itself up (didn’t bother us too much as this is the South).
Bed upstairs was Very comfortable with soft (seemingly newer) sheets.
As hot as you’d like shower but couldn’t make it a long one before water turned cold.
Heat/air in downstairs, which worked great, but only AC up next to bed.
Excellently located with easy access to the Key and to town.
Recommend caretaker trim trees hanging over house as they rubbed right above the bed area all night.

The unit called 'Eleanor' could be good but falls short. Not well cleaned (makeup smeared on bathroom window frame and on wall next to the toilet from previous guests). Considering the stupid high "cleaning fee", I expected it to be clean upon arrival. It wasn't.
The closet doors are a safety hazard! Badly warped by humidity and extremely tough to open and close. Not to be moved by children!!
The washer/dryer combo was a nice surprise.
No hair dryer for the ladies a big disappointment.
Wi-Fi was super strong and reliable.
Obviously a tiny house rental is a niche market item... sadly poor maintenance and cleaning are not helping. The neighbors are a bit scary... Be sure to lock door and your vehicle! Found "neighborhood youth" sitting at Eleanor's patio table at 3AM Sunday morning ...guessing it was a pre-sunrise Cub Scout meeting (NOT!).
Overall a good idea but in the wrong part of town with cleaning and repairs not a high priority, and most definitely not a bargain!!!

The ad on their webpage says "Enjoy a Tiny Siesta by the Beach". The photos show scenes of the beach with white sand and thatched roof bungalows with happy people playing volleyball. Don't believe a word of it. It's a good distance from the beach across many of very busy streets and in a very shady neighborhood. We booked three nights and literally spent three minutes in the place before getting in the car and driving to another hotel. The location is right across from a trailer park and the "guest" staying in the unit next to us looked like he had just come back from the set of "Deliverance". As I exited my car he leaned over his railing and uttered "Hey Bro" while sipping his Miller Lite. The unit had a smell coming from the rear bedroom that was a mixture of high school science room chemicals and dirty feet. As we backed out of the property, I called the customer service number and advised there was no way I was staying in the place due to the terrible smell. I was told by the nice woman who answered that she could do nothing about a refund. I advised I would pay for one night but I thought it was silly to pay for all three nights when I had only spent three minutes in the unit. I was told she was sorry but it was not their policy to refund. Later, after I had checked into the Ritz in Sarasota, I got a call from a gentleman who asked what the issue was and I told him about the smell that I could not tolerate. I told him about my call to customer service and he confirmed there would be no refund. He did say I could have another unit though. No thank you. Never again!!!

This is our 3rd time staying in the cute tiny house village. Each time we pick a different tiny house. This trip we stayed in the blue lifeguard house. Perfectly clean as always, stocked with everything you need. I wanted to cut a tag out my dress and low and behold there was a pair of scissors 🙌🏼 and even a bottle open when we need it. Private parking, great location near restaurants and shopping and just over the bride from siesta key beach. Can’t wait to come back in December.

Always love staying at Siesta Key Tiny house village. This is our 4th stay…. Each booking we pick a different tiny house to experience. Great parking, near the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing I would highly recommend is to bring your own towels as this past stay we were not provided any big bath towels. The house is fully stocked with dishes, pans and silver ware and even a grill outside and chairs if you need it. We greatly enjoy staying at this location, the staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions…. The tiny house are very clean and super cool experience. Can’t wait to return!

Advertisement didn't match and I'm still a bit confused. The pictures online were not accurate to say the least. It was literally a dumpy mobile home. I'm assuming it's used for over flow. I asked to get moved, the answer was no. We didn't stay and asked for a refund the same day, the 800number said they would refund after a 10 minutes conversation of trying to convince me to say. Day 3 no return call. No return email.

Our tiny house (the Coral Oasis) was cute from the outside, and the location isn't as shady as some reviewers have claimed. But it's FAR from the beach—way too far to walk, especially if lugging beach stuff—so you definitely need a car. (And good luck parking at the beach.) But our main issue was the poor maintenance of our unit. The bathroom door wobbled and didn't close completely, there was no bathroom sink, the kitchen sink water pressure was abysmal and the faucet needed repair, and the cafe curtains kept falling down. On the plus side, the toilet worked, the bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was great!

The tiny house was dirty and dingy. There was dirt and dog hair all over the floors when we arrived. The futon, which converts to a bed, was covered in sand and had no sheets. The shower was rusty. The rest of the place was dingy and beat-up. The air conditioner makes the bottom level freezing cold, regardless of the setting. The kitchen faucet was dangling to hang on. The WiFi worked about half the time. It is advertised as being in a good location within walking distance of local attractions. Not true. The only place to walk is a local strip plaza with nothing significant. On the way to the strip mall, guests pass the mobile home park across the street with mounds of trash on the curb. Simply put, it is a trashy trailer. Do not waste your money. It is better to stay further away and drive to the beach than to stay at this location.

Horrible place. Booked 7 nights and looking to get out after the first night. Stay away if possible at any cost. Everything they used in this tiny houses are the cheapest they could possibly find below even Ikea quality. The couch we had did not even have cushions. Impossible to sleep in these tiny dumps as external AC unit shakes the whole house.
The noise from next door will be waking you up every 15 min as the houses are located to close to each other.

Answer from Jeremy R

We are just over the South bridge from Siesta Key. It's about 3/4 mile to Beach access #12
