My husband, son and I stayed at Aloha Kai for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Our villa was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. It had a kitchen, living room and screened in lanai. The villa was ready when we arrived and it was very clean. The front office people were very easy to work with and friendly. We were...

I went to Siesta Key for a week in June with my husband and our 6 yrs old son. We loved everything: the wonderful white beach, the cristal water, our lovely "villa 29" in Aloha Kai, the big and never crowded swimming pool. The owner was very kind and gave us two beach chairs. The villa is very clean and...

Cute individual houses and we are able to park car right outside the house. Just steps to the beach and Siesta Key has the whitest sand beach in the world! There is an olympic size pool for those who don't want to walk in sand.

We have rented a cottage here for fourteen years ! The (beautiful) beach access at the west end of the complex and the 25 yard pool at the east end were its main attractions and served us well for many years. The cottages are small but comfortable and can be selected from very good web tours. The staff, Sheryl and...

First, let me preface this review by saying the resort management staff at Alohai Kai is wonderful! This particular unit, when we rented it, was NOT managed by Aloha Kai, but found on a site called Vacation Rental Pros (VRP). When we arrived at the resort, we stopped at the office to check in and found out that resort management...

We stayed in Villa 30, a remodeled 1 bd, 1 1/2 bath duplex, 3 houses from an amazing, private beach with chairs and chaise lounges on the sand. The complex has a pool, indoor recreation room and feels like a small community. Would be great to have a bathroom near the beach, but I understand that is challenging to do.

We stayed in unit 42, very clean and quaint. Not real large but very adequate for a couple. Bed was super comfy and the pots and pans were actually very good for a vacation rental. Beachfront but not "oceanfront", so no view from the lanai and a very short walk to the most amazing beach! We had a very nice...

Spent a week in July, 2015 at Aloha Kai. Heaven would be the appropriate word to describe. This is not a hotel. It is individual small houses. Our rental had everything we needed. Very clean. The beach was wonderful as well as the large pool. Very relaxing. The sunsets were gorgeous. This will be a yearly trip. I will parasail next...
