We were given the suit, the room is very nice we ate at the bar, the food was great and plenty. There is a problem getting luggage to and from the room, I would get a down stairs room, we have a shuttle to the am, the front desk said they would come help with the bags, we will see...

I stayed here while waiting for relatives to arrive, making a late reservation via Expedia. During this stay, I decided to stay an extra night instead of choosing a new hotel. The staff was very friendly and cordial, seemingly anticipating my every need. They offered great suggestions on where to go and what to do along with places to avoid...

I booked this hotel as a before and after stay with a cruise in between. Got a great deal through Expedia. Yes, it's a bit dated, and if you walk outside your room in bare feet, they get black, but the shower has good pressure and you can easily wash them off. The front desk folks were great. The blond...

I booked this place based on the pictures and price. Total fail. This place gave me the creeps, we arrive 11:30pm on a Friday, as we are looking for parking we see a woman rolling up a blunt. Rooms are outdated, the toilet was clogged up, drug dealers outside, not to mention the drunks outside of the room at 2am...

This is definitely NOT a Boutique Hotel as it is promoted. As soon as I went off the slowest elevator ever I recognized a damp, moldy smell in the pretty outdated walkway, which unfortunately did not stop when entering my room (238). In fact it was so humid in this shed that the blanket on the bed felt really moisty....

The beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spacious but needs updating. Beautiful pool and tiki bar. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. Overall a good nite stay.

How is anyone rating this hotel 5 stars? Are they crack addicts or the prostitutes taking their tricks there? This is one of the worst MOTELS, not hotel, I've ever stayed in. On vacation to get drunk and stay up til 3 AM? Maybe it's for you. In town on business or a convention? Pay $100 more a night if...

We were looking for a place to relax while we enjoyed a late night dinner at Bern's Steakhouse. Our original room was mostly clean and comfortable, however we kept finding random hairs in the bathroom and found that the fridge didn't work (I'm a nursing mother pumping milk for baby). The manager upgraded us to a better room for the...

I tried to overcome my disappointment at the appearance of this place, which looks like a 1960s' motel. However, I found ants in the bathroom. Also, there were limited outlets for electronic devices and no room service in the evening. I don't know whether the hotel was hosting an event with particularly boisterous guests, but I threatened to call the...
