My overall rating of this property is 2 stars/poor but I really didn't expect to get much more than I received. This is a budget hotel that I booked online using credit card points. I stayed for 10 nights but spent very little time in the hotel. The property is old and somewhat rundown. There is no onsite staff and... More

I stay here for affordable nights after diving just to have a bed and a shower. I do like the checkin process since you just call a number and they provide the key code to get the key to the room from the safe. However, the wifi password didn't work.

It's fine for stay just one night. There are a lot free brochures in the front which is awesome for travelers. But Can't tolerate that the bathroom is just in front of the bed. And you can't turn around when you are in the bathroom. Ugh.....

The room was not too big, but definitely super clean, and with a soft, comfy bed. Right next door there's a nice cafe where you can have breakfast. Parking space available on the back of the hotel. Restaurants and amenities just minutes away. Good value for money. Wifi not working very well in the rooms, you have to use it... More

This place was perfect. We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. No front desk staff but didn't need them. If you need staff to hold your hand then don't book. Great bed, slept awesome. That's what it was, a place to sleep.

Stay away way away!!!! We stayed one night in the hotel. My wife was sick and we didn't feel safe staying on the second floor of a hotel with the Stairs from the Fire escape Removed!!! So only one way in or out! I didn't really sleep much. But we stayed one night. We where billed for 2 nights!! We... More

An interesting hotel at a good price, but!! I really wanted to like this place. Economical; at first appearance - clean. No on site staff with check in using telephone and lock box for key. Room was small but clean with no musty smell one sometimes find in less expensive hotels. Right next to main road to Keys so noise... More

If ever there was a truer state about "It is what it is", I don' know what is. This place is a bed and a bathroom and nothing more. The hotel is loud from the street noise, people walking in the hallways and the ac wall unit. The bed was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but does... More

We got a two bedroom for privacy, but there are no doors on the bedrooms... Very disappointing for a couple traveling with a mother. When you open the door there is an immediate step down that each of us has tripped on several times. The step down isn't really safe for older people. No one on the premises takes responsibility...... More

We knew we were not staying at the Ritz, but rather a quaint, historic Inn on the way to Key West. Upon check in, with no one around, we were instructed to pick up the house phone for check in- the voice at the other end of the phone gives us a code for the lock box that holds our... More
