No pool towels, drinking glasses/cups, storage (had 4 hangers in open area but no dresser or drawers- had to pile clothes on top of table/desk). Tile floors wet, slippery & filthy after returning from pool or out of shower. Continental breakfast & hotel bar closed. On plus side was only charged $107 a night, dirt cheap for Palm Beach. Told it was because hotel is closing for renovation. Great convenient, easy location to W Palm Beach, Palm Beach and airport. Maybe will be better after reno done, but won't be back.

Despite the one bad review we booked anyway. The price and location were too good to pass up. So happy we trusted our instinct. The pool is AMAZING! We had a room right off the the courtyard with the string lights. It’s so nice to start your day or end your night there. It’s very peaceful. Also a good place to work if you’re bringing a laptop. The front desk attendant was so helpful. We had a lot of questions and she was always ready with answers. Easy to walk to cute spots like Jo Bistro and Celis Market for coffee or snacks. Love this place and will 100% be back.

One of the worse hotel experiences I have ever had in my life! Stay away! I knew something was wrong when the Front Desk person kept apologizing for things and we werent even in a room yet! Once in our rooms we found that the A/C wasnt working and there were dirty towels in the rooms. We were told by the front desk person that he would get maintance on it and the room cleaned. After a long day out we arrived back at our rooms at night to find our A/C still not working and dirty towels on the floor still. Since it was warm in our rooms we decided to order pizza and sit out at the pool which we were told at check-in was opened 24 hrs! We thought that was a bit unusual so we asked him to repeat that and he said yes! Ok. So we went out to the pool to eat our pizza. After only being out there for 10 min someone came down and told us there was a noise complaint. We had music playing at a low volume from our phone so we turned it down even more and asked this person if the volume ok, she said yes its ok and left. 10 min later she came down again and rudely told us to leave and the pool was not open 24 hrs. We said we have no A/C. She did not care. We then asked for a refund for our rooms. She said she will give half off. We wanted a full refund but there was no manager to do that. If we wanted a full refund you can talk to the manager and she gave us her number to call her in the morning and will process only half off at this time. Morning comes. Ask for full refund at check out. Nope. Call manager a few times. No answer. Ready to leave the area for the day. Check bank account. They charged us the other half after refunding it the night before. Call Hotel. Said they charged us the other half because there was a complaint at the pool last night. Yes, the 24 hr pool supposedly. This was not even relayed to us at check out. At this point we are upset. The manager finallly calls us back and said we are harassing her by calling her, saying who gave you this number and I only work on Weekdays. We threatened the staff and they will file and police report. And who told you the pool was open 24 hrs! Never once did this manager apologize for the no A/C or the dirty rooms as she proceeded to hang up. It was the craziest hotel experience I have ever been a part of!
