Fantastic stay!! We recently stayed for an extended time here and it was wonderful!! The staff went above and beyond in every measure!! The hotel is going through renovations currently but should be done within a week or so. The accommodations that were made to alleviate any disturbances was amazing! We weren’t able to use the laundry services in the hotel due to the that floor being worked on, so they allowed us to use the dry cleaning services for the cost of doing our own laundry! That’s customer service!! Our room was quiet and so clean! The housekeepers were friendly and provided us with anything we needed very quickly!
The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic!! I’ve worked at the Ritz-Carlton and the staff at this hotel made it feel like we were staying at The Ritz! Kersten provided Gold Standard service, going above and beyond every chance she had! She helped me wrap a small injury I had, she provided us with detailed information for kid-friendly things to do. Darren was also exceptional and so friendly! Jeff was wonderful and gladly provided us with first aid items to use overnight. They were all happy whenever we saw them and provided us with things to do locally with the kids. They told us about the city Circuit which made our trip much easier to get around locally. Everyone made us feel so comfortable staying here!
My kids couldn’t wait to eat breakfast every morning! It was delicious! So many options!
The only thing I’d love to see would be hot water and coffee provided all the time in the lobby. It would be so convenient running in and out all day to grab something to go in the lobby.
It was an amazing trip! We will back in a few weeks for another extended stay and we can’t wait!!!
Highly recommend this hotel!

Overall a good experience and location. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the water, but be cautious as if you go the wrong direction you may hit a more sketchy part of town. Close to I-95 and easy to navigate. The parking is a bit costly at $35/night. Breakfast buffet is included and was the basics you’d find. Not sure when Residence Inns stopped doing the complimentary happy hour at night but was bummed since I was there for 8 days total. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave and stove top, but no oven. No room housekeeping at all unless you ask and they could stand to leave a few more towels in the room since the concept of a Residence Inn is extended stay. Staff were generally friendly and nice, some more than others. Lots of renovations ongoing at the hotel so expect to walk around scaffolding and construction, but luckily not too much noise from the activity. Overall a good option minus the excessive parking fees.

One of the best hotel experiences we've had and we're old and have traveled to some of the finest. First of all, the employees were amazing. Starting with Antone who listened to my needs over the phone and made sure he could accommodate them (better than I could have ever hoped) to Kristin, Ned, (wish I could remember more names) the people who worked in the kitchen, the women who cleaned our room- everyone friendly and more than helpful. Our room(s) were spotless and filled with everything one would need on vacation. The location is wonderful, walking distance to great restaurants, stores etc. We really look forward to returning next year. A big thank you to the entire team- well done!

We frequently use Marriott properties however this experience was incredibly poor. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights 2 months ahead of our reservation. We flew in from the east coast arriving about 8pm only to find out that the hotel was oversold and they had given our rooms away!!! It was the epitome of operational ineptitude. I have never had to give such a poor review in over 25 years of travel.

We had a great two day stay here. The lobby of the hotel is much nicer than most Residence Inns - it has the feel of a higher-end hotel. The rooms are standard Residence Inn rooms, but they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is convenient to all that downtown West Palm Beach has to offer (10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc), yet it's off the main drag so you won't have noise or traffic. You will need to valet your car, as there is no other option (street parking is limited and metered).

I am highly recommending this venue. I stayed in a corner studio suite which was well lit and it accommodated my needs perfectly. There was a comfortable sectional that would have pulled out to a bed which wasn’t required. The full breakfast served daily was good and all staff were courteous during my week’s stay. The suite was cleaned daily and the entire premises spotless. I didn’t have a chance to use fitness or pool facilities. The location is very conveniently located and I enjoyed walking to Rosemary Square which was a very short distance away. The grocery store was approximately six blocks away but the Residence Inn did offer grocery shopping. I was at West Palm Beach for a conference and the walk to Okeechobee Blvd wasn’t far. I was able to stroll through Rosemary Square as my direct route, which was most enjoyable morning and night. All ages could enjoy the accommodations and surrounding area of the Residence Inn location on Hibiscus Street. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays especially.

As a titanium Bonvoy member I stay at a lot of Marriott properties My recent two night stay at WPB Residence Inn was a bit of a mixed bag and represented my first stay at a Residence Inn. We selected the property because it was close to the several events we planned to attend on the weekend and it is well located for the entire city center. The room was large and very clean and well maintained. I question if anyone really uses the full kitchen and if you want ice from the refrigerator, the ice maker take hours to produce once it is activated. The free breakfast is somewhat minimal but a nice touch and the Covid precautions were reasonable. Coffee was excellent. The staff in general were helpful and professional.
Here is the noise problem. We were assigned a connecting room on the 7th floor. We returned late from an event to find a family with children had moved in next door. Every word of their conversations could be head verbatim and every scream from the children resonated throughout our room. If we were staying for more than two nights we would have requested a new and non-connecting room. I once had the same noise issue on a cruise ship with connecting doors so I suggest there is something about the design that allows the free flow of adjacent noise.

Recently stayed at the downtown Residence Inn in West Palm.
The hotel is relatively new, less than 5 years old I think as I remember it being built.
It’s in a great location, a short walk to both Cityplace as well as the intracoastal and Clematis Street with the many bars and restaurants. It’s on a quiet street so not much noise or traffic.
The 1br King Room was very large with a small kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large with a great shower.
The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable of the area.

Due to the Covid 19 impact on travel and tourism, the hotel is not yet operating at full speed. The restaurant is not open yet, though they do offer a “ grab and go breakfast” of bagel, yogurt, coffee. It was raining while I was there but I don’t think the pool was open.

There is outdoor parking though there is a daily $10 self parking fee or $25 valet parking.

Overall all it is a good moderate priced hotel option in downtown WPB, cheaper than the nearby Hyatt and Hilton

This is the 3rd hotel we have stayed at on this trip and this Residence Inn is by far the best overall. We also stayed at Marriott at BWI airport and the Marriot Vacation Club on Singer Island, which were OK but the cleanliness of the rooms and the top- notch customer service at this Residence Inn made it stand out. Great location to walk to the waterfront and there are plenty of restaurant in the area. Shout out to Jeff at the front desk who is an absolute pleasure to talk with and the gentleman at the valet desk who made retrieving our vehicle so easy and fast. Great job Residence Inn!

It's so easy to forget to write a good review for places that really shine. When everything goes well, we can get on with our lives. But this place was so good that weeks after checkout I had to come back to give them the credit that they all deserve.

The property was immaculate, well-maintained, expertly designed and had every amenity top shelf. It was a delight.

The staff were so friendly; my check-in was smooth, all questions addressed, supported by the business center that had great computer and printer for travel documents needed, and everyone was happy to help out in every way they could.

The breakfast I enjoyed on my short stay was perfectly adequate to get a healthy start to a busy itinerary without having to make an extra stop off-site.

Finally, I got a surprise on the way out. The night auditor who had been up all night, was still bright and shining sending out joy on my exit with a happy hello and kind greeting. That left a lasting impression.

Stay well.

Yes I remember my friend had a car. The valet parking was steep at that location. I believe the city parking near the train station at the end of the block would provide a better parking location with prices being more reasonable. Sorry could not be of more help
