We have stayed in this hotel now for the 3rd time. The rooms are basically all the same, with 2 queen beds, a little desk and a bathroom, but spacious enough for 2 adults and two little kids. The beds are pretty comfortable, but the bathroom could get pretty small when you deal with kids. I would rather see tile floors or some other flooring than carpet. Since it is South Florida it is always humide and sometimes the rooms smell since nothing ever drys out in the room. Bathing suits etc, you must dry outside....they never dry inside the room. Unfortunately the vent in the bathroom did not work, so it got even worse after taking showers. Even if the rooms got worked on in 2022 ( we were there when they started), the tub was not the greatest, since the finish came off.
The Hotel is not a 4 * Hotel and therefor the breakfast ist not very big, but just enough to get the day started.
The pool is one of our kids favourit and we always get a room on the ground floor and garden view. So they can run out the door and jump right in.
You do not want to be in the parkinglot rooms, they are very noisy.
Otherwise the location of the hotel works for us, since it is right at I 95 highway, the outlet Mall is across the street and a grocery store is 3 minutes walking distance.
The staff at the hotel was always very nice, especially the breakfast ladies and the grounds keeper. He gave them flowers and the ladies at breakfast helped the girls whenever they needed help. But also the housekeeping staff was always very nice.
The reception staff had a little hick up on the day of our check in, but they all turned out to be very helpful and friendly.
My husband and I both worked in the hospitality business ourself for 25 years, so we know what good customer service is and how guests should be treated.

Here is a quote from Mahatma Ghandi, 1890:

"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportuinty to do so! "

That is what hotel and restaurant staff should live by!

Thank you!

I was headed south to Miami and looked at the hotel online and the pictures do not do it justice, this is a nice hotel and grounds. Lobby area is inviting, and all employees greet guests in a friendly manner. My room was very clean, all amenities in good working order. I had a nice view of the pool and courtyard area, this is a nice place to sit and relax under an umbrella.

I am so impressed. I am so happy we did find your location. The staff have been fantastic.
We rent between 2 and 4 rooms most of the time. The staff have been very easy to work with.
* I have gone to the front desk for help on occasion and they are as nice as can be. They have helped me to the best of their ability.
* I also want to commend Housekeeping. My men work from 10am to 10PM. Housekeeping goes out of their way to accommodate us and our time frame. They will do our rooms between our shift changes so that my crew are not woken up off watch just to have the room cleaned.
When we are off for a down time the pool and the Garden around the pool are relaxing. My men enjoy being here and it truly is a relaxing place to be at. I do Highly recommend this place.

I had a room in the back of the hotel further away from the front desk and breakfast area traveling with a handicapped person who had difficulty walking. Two doors down from my room they were hosing down a room with water and hoses stretched out down the hallway in front of my room. When we walked out, we had to walk over the hose and puddles. Then the toilet and shower in my room did not work. So we had to drive our car to the front of the hotel to use the facilities. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they simply said we are having a plumbing problem and as a diamond select member for Best Western they should’ve offered me another room and they did not. I was told a general manager would call me and he did not. I was told I would be compensated with Reward points and what they offered me was an insult. The hotel is in a great location near outlet malls but is run down and needs updating. The breakfast offered was cold. For them being four miles from the airport They should be offering a free shuttle, not one you have to pay for. I really don’t think management cares one way, or the other about customer satisfaction. I will post a picture of the sewage in the bathtub that I could not use.

When we got there the lady at the front desk , I think her name is Alanda or something like that, don’t make us feel welcome at all, she have a horrible attitude that make me feel that she was doing me a favor instead of make us feel welcome , at the end of the day she work there because the guest that stay there. I was asking for a special room because we need it, well she look at us and since she don’t see any special needs physically, she said well you don’t need this type of room because I don’t have any more of those, she give us whatever she want and that’s all. When we get to the room it was horrible, smell really bad, thank God that I’m always bring my stuff, our room was smelling like a cheap cheap motel. Not up to the standards or Best Western. Went to take a shower and find only one little bar soap when everyone know that we rented for 3 people ,feels great that we needed only for one night. NEVER AGAIN. !!!!!

We chose to stay at this Best Western because it was pet friendly. The hotel requires that you specifically book their "pet friendly" room when making your reservation. I will say that the room was clean and the interior courtyard with the pool looked inviting. The room itself was dumpy and in need of renovation. It was a sufficient place to sleep, but did not make you want to spend any additional time in the room. The inside of the bathroom door had chipped paint and the floor was not carpeted (I am guessing because it was the "dog friendly room".) The dog walk area was conveniently located just outside the first floor room, but was strewn with food debris, chicken bones etc., making it necessary to take great care that our dog did not eat any of the food garbage when we walked him. I can't speak as to the condition of their "regular" rooms, but with the $25 per night pet fee, our total bill including taxes and fees for a two night stay came to $514 and it definitely was not worth it. I would have expected to spend less than half of that amount for a room in this condition.

The room was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was very well kept, the pool was clean and kept at a great temperature. There was free filtered water in the lobby which was very helpful to refill bottles rather than keep buying new ones. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, which is rare at hotels. Breakfast was very yummy. It is right in the middle of WPB so it is easy to get to the best places around like City Place, Live Free Diving Snorkeling Excursions, Manatee Lagoon, and many more. Great hotel for families, solo trips, couples and business trips.

IThe room was nice and cozy. I felt comfortable at Best Western
I'm glad they offered car service within 3 miles for a small fee. The best thing about Best Western is that the mall is right across the street, which i find so convenient. I went to Nordstrom Rack and Marshall's and Burlington. I also had my make up done at Ulta for the funeral. Many restaurants around, super convenient.

My husband and I had to evacuate because of a hurricane and we didn't want to leave our fur baby. So we found something in South Florida because orlando hotels were booked. We usually go there with our fur baby because they waive pet fees for floridians because of an emergency situation. I've lived in Florida for 21 years and have evacuated 6 times and never have been charged a pet fee. This time I checked out and they charged me $50 and then taxed it on top of the fee. I contacted the manager(william murray) and he said too bad....pet fee remains. Wow no sympathy for what we just went through. I mean I understand a deposit could be implemented in case of damage but we left room in good condition.

Also our room had no coffee maker and I had no hot water one night I had to take a shower. Very little water pressure. I won't be staying at another best western just simply the fact they could have made our stay a little less expensive. We returned to our place being flooded and he didn't even care. This business is all about making money and not helping people out. Very disappointing. Best Western you can do better !!!

I'm a no-frills traveler, but this came up slightly short of my expectations.
Pros: Good cost, conveniently located, has sizable pool amenity for those interested, fast internet

Daytime front desk is great, the overnight desk seemed a bit more moody. Never know if you catch someone on a bad night

Cons: There's no elevator, which I should've researched but just assumed most hotels have them at some point. It's a challenge to get larger luggage up the stairs, though at least it's a grand staircase.

At night, there's only one way in and one way out and the door locks at 10pm. If night desk or security isn't paying attention, you might be standing out there for awhile as there as gate access to the back is locked and there's no other card access through the side doors. Very inconvenient.

Verdict: Probably wouldn't stay for most of my business needs, but if I were staying without much luggage in tow by myself, I wouldn't mind.
