Where do I start !? The room smelled so bad, had to keep the window open all night... bathroom door knob fell off, bugs in the toilet, toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle, water ankle deep while showering, because the tub wouldn't drain... same with the sink... AND, they overcharged us for the room... contacted them more than once regarding these issues and they have yet to return our calls. Look elsewhere, don't waste your money !!

I reserved this room, an executive suite, for my daughters wedding. (Far far far from an executive suite)I was quoted a price for the executive suite via email. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk told me that that price wasn’t correct and that it would be more. I disputed the transaction because of the price. She said I would have to wait and talk to the owner the next day. When we arrived in our room it was substandard to say the least. There was a lamp in the corner I went to turn on with electrical cords hanging and it was plugged in with no bulb or harp fixture at all. In the kitchen area next to the sink was a paper towel stand with a roll of toilet paper on it. when I went to brush my teeth and wash my face the hot water handle completely came off in my hand. The air conditioning also had no knob on to adjust the temperature. The next morning we went downstairs to discuss the price with the owner. His name is Patel and he was the owner. Upon presenting my dispute, he told me that that was an executive suite and the price was $40 more than I was quoted. I had the quote and email form to show him. He became indignant, begin yelling at me. My fiancé said to him, “the price you quoted us you should honor the problem you have is with your employees not quoting the right price.” he became irate towards her and begin raising his voice as well. We left the hotel to try to find something for breakfast and noticed another hotel and completely switched our wedding party to that hotel who took us in early due to our circumstance. The other people in the wedding party went down and also complained to him that they had roaches in their room. The whole wedding party moved to another location. He also told us that he owned every hotel in this area and that we would always have to deal with him. To say that this man is a loose cannon is to say the least. The same time we were discussing with him he was also yelling at his staff. He was also on the phone which I later found out was a member of the wedding party asked her why she asked so many damn questions and hung up on her. We also filed a complaint with the local Chamber of Commerce I was very embarrassed for the bride and all the hard work she had put in towards her wedding. I would never recommend anyone stay here ever.

I made a reservation on Monday, April 5th for Friday night April 9th. My plans changed on Wednesday, April 7th, because of a rainy forecast so I called to cancel which was welll within the 24-hr. cancellation requirement. I received both a reservation and cancellation email confirmation. Even though I called to cancel, my credit card was charged. When I saw the charge on my credit card app, I immediately called the hotel and spoke with the front desk person. She told me to call me back in the morning and talk to the manager. I asked her to have the manager call me that it wasn't my place to call them back. Never heard from the manager. I ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.

My son and I were booked for a room and a fly fishing trip for Friday. My son started feeling sick and by Wednesday was suffering from classic Covid like symptons. We called the Lodge Wednesday night and they said no problem they would cancel the reservation. We then spoke with a woman the next morning at the Lodge and she confirmed there would be no charge. The fishing guide also understood and did the same Then on Friday, April 16, we saw that the Lodge charged our credit card for the room. We called the Lodge, explained the situation, but the Indian man who owns/manages the Lodge refused to reverse the charge and said "everyone says they have Covid." We asked for a credit toward another night. He refused. He was very rude. We will never stay there again and would suggest no one book this place.

Booked a room for relatives to stay in. Room was already pay for and when my relatives arrived they were asked to pay. I tried to explain this to the front desk person but she said she would have the owner call me. I waited 2 days and never heard so I called and before I could even start to explain the RUDE owner started yelling in the phone that he had already explained this once. I as nicely as I could tried to tell him he had never called me but he kept yelling in the phone. He continued to yell and then said and I quote “I beg all of you to never come here again”! So I say spend the extra few $ and stay down the road at the Comfort Inn or Serenity in the Mountains.
