Rented a room for a week while in the process of moving payed over $300 bucks for a week got into the room did a quick check and bam not even 5 minutes bed bugs in the mattress asked for a refund they refused fought with them for 20 minutes before they agreed to switch my room. Very loud in the mornings as construction workers stay there with loud diesels so no need to set an alarm they will wake you. Housekeeping maybe once the whole time I was there do not recommend staying here honestly I don't know why nobody has called corporate or the health department on them yet.
I got a room here 10/22/16, It was super late at night and no other hotel I called had a room available. I paid for a room for me and my 14month old daughter and when I got to the room I was astonished how nasty it was. If there was ANY other hotel in the area that had a room I would have walked out right that second. When I went to put my daughter to bed and pulled back the covers there were blood stains All over the comforter. It was absolutely disgusting! Im supposed to sleep in a bed with the ONLY blanket in the room has blood stains all over it? So I called down to the office and requested another blanket for me and my daughter. The girl at the office said that she didn't know if they had anymore and that she would go look and bring it to my room. While I waited I went to use the bathroom there was BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE under the sink. Im pretty sure that there are health standards for renting a room to people and having mold in the room isn't up to code. I was very upset especially since I have a small baby with me. There was also holes in the bathroom walls and the mirror was taped to the wall with red tape. Then to top it off I layed down waiting for the lady to bring me a new blanket and she never showed up! I called the office many times and never got ahold of anyone. Since I was so exhausted and was going to be making my drive back to Washington state the next morning I just curled up on the bed without a blanket and fell asleep. Around 7am they had some construction people in the parking lot right outside my door working and cutting metals and drilling. Isn't that something you should be telling your customers staying the night! I paid $72.26 for this room, this room wasn't even worth $20. If your looking for a hotel DO NOT STAY HERE! Its not sanitary and was no doubt the worst hotel I have ever seen or had to stay at!…
This little Inn was perfect for our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The TV was very large and worked great. Microwave and refrigerator were clean and in working order. This Inn will be our go to Inn when we are in the area. We do not spend a lot of time in a hotel room because we are out and about. We only need a place to shower and sleep and this was the perfect place. The loaction was also good-right off the Interstate and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. If you want a hotel with lots of frills and stuff you might want to find another one, but you will certainly pay the price for the frills. The price for this little Inn is unbelivable. The staff was, also, very friendly and helpful. I agree with another reviewer-bad reviews must come from someone that caused problems and those people are never happy.…
I travel for a living and stay at many hotels. I usually stay at value hotels but most of them are clean and comfortable and serve my needs. The Homestead Inn was a disaster! The person who checked me in seemed untrained and was very slow. I requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Furniture, bed, pillows all old and out dated. Burn marks from cigarettes on table and edge of tube in bathroom. I spotted at least 6 bugs in the room durning my stay. Refrigerator did not work. I would give it no stars if I had the option. Stay away and find another option!
The room was very clean and well maintained I don't know about other rooms but the one I was in had a fresh coat of paint was very neat was surprised it had electric cooker the fridge was bigger than one I've seen at Hilton clean shower and toilet I mean for $50 I was satisfied
