We were in town for a wedding. The motel was conveniently located close to the venue. We had 10 rooms reserved. All the rooms were nice and clean. The management was very accommodating and easy to work with. If you are in Chatsworth and are looking for a nice, clean and reasonable place to stay, I recommend giving them a try.
Arrived at 7pm. Got key and went to dinner. Returned to find the room had never been cleaned the night before. The surly clerk gave me a key to a different room. The bed was made - maybe with clean sheets. That's about the best I can say about the room. The shower had soap slime on the walls. There were bugs. The handtowels towels had makeup or blood or paint on them. There was a very visible squished bug on the wall that hadn't been cleaned. Crumbling drywall in the shower. Falling paint from the ceiling. Feces on the wall. I tried to touch as little as I could during my stay. At check-out the lobby was locked. I used the phone to try and get a receipt, but the man on the other end was obviously confused and English-challenged.
Our stay was because of our nieces wedding . Easy to find location , check-in was easy , room/ suite was nice . Breakfast was minimal at best , but there is a Great place right across the street. Over All we would choose to stay here again . Thank you to the owners !
You don't get what you pay for. Pool was closed even though it was advertised. Road/Construction crew up early every morning and very loud. The meaning of breakfast has changed. Bugs came in under a big opening in the door/frame.
Closed pool, hot rooms, banging on doors in middle of night, tv not working, breakfast horrible , staff rude. What more can I say? Avoid this location better non corporate, cheaper options in area. Wait and check into those
