As a member of Best Western Rewards I booked through Best Western saving the hotel commission. I now know that this hotel is all about group bookings and single bookings are used to fill in the less desirable rooms. In our case a small room next to the elevator, looking at the roof and and an air shaft, despite the...

Ok ... I knew it was a tourist trap hotel when I booked it, i knew before setting foot in the place that they will indeed nickel and dime you to death. With that said ... I thought it was great! I have 3 young kids and a puppy in tow, therefore I like motels for convenience. The room was...

This hotel was quirky as it was on a complex. The room doors opened to the great outdoors, rather than onto an indoor corridor. There wasn't a lift to take us up to our room, so we had to drag our suitcases up the flight of stairs. Not too much of a worry, but it could be to someone. There...

This hotel not clean. the bathroom was never cleaned before our stay. When you encounter feces in the stool and hair on the shower walls you know this was never cleaned. We called on the Television not working, after two calls someone came to room and later two more and still not fixed, after a third call and a waiting...

There just aren't too many options if you are grabbing a hotel near Bryce Canyon NP. ruby's is just OK. Average rooms and service, but a bit over priced. Ho-hum food in overpriced restaurants. The 'General store' is a small grocery store with everything twice the price it should be. It's not terrible, but it's anything but a good value....

Be careful with this hotel if you cancel your reservation. I did cancel, and then later found two separate charges on my credit card. I made 4 phone calls to the hotel to get the issue resolved, confirming that I had a cancellation confirmation number. They kept transferring me to their accounting dept. voice mail and no one ever returned...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ruby Inn. It is a big complex of hotel rooms, RV and camp areas. There are restaurants, a general store, a grocery store, indoor and outdoor pools. They have horses there and ATVs. There also is a shuttle to Bryce Canyon, or you can drive. It is only a few miles to the...

Ruby's Inn is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon. They have access to all you will need. The shuttle buses stop there; they sell park passes. They have food, some better than others; the pool is excellent

New hotel since our last visit in 2000 and much improved over the dated, moldy Ruby's Inn hotel across the street. Friendly staff, very large room and very comfy beds. Outdoor pool was closed because it was chilly but hot tub was open. Breakfast buffet in the morning was good. Plenty of hot, cooked items. It was very crowded though...

We stayed here as we were passing through the Bryce Canyon area. We were so happy that we chose to stay here as it's the closest you can get to the park without actually entering it. This allows you to see some of the brilliant red rock. Everything you could possibly need is available here. And all at a really...
