Stayed on a Friday night. King suite. Room was clean enough, bed was okay. Not the best, but tolerable. Room was NOT quiet. I don't know if it is the construction in general, or the fact that our room was adjoining the next room. (We were 212, loud kids were 210.) We did get to hear the 210 Kid's Circus...

Beautiful drive to Quality Inn through parks with the many colors of leaves. Such a pleasant relaxing drive. Quality sits on a hill with easy access, ample parking and exterior doors. Room was clean, bed was comfy, tv, free wifi, frig, microwave and large bathroom. I stayed on ground floor as there is no elevator for luggage. Check in was...

We have stayed at nearly ever hotel in Clayton and this is probably the best unless you want to drive to Dillard House. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The FREE daily hot breakfast is good as well. The vanity area has nice big granite countertop. The only suggestion would be an upgraded TV. Room comes with...

Pleasantly surprising considering it being a motel....rooms with outside doors. But the breakfast was good-they have bacon, tho not every morn-staff was friendly, coffee in the lobby was a little weak for my taste, but the room coffee was surprisingly good. Rate was reasonable too. Restaurants within walking distance. Thumbs up! My only problem was they have a 10ft awning...

When it was time for us to leave for the wedding, a terrible storm arrived. The desk clerk called to see if we needed an umbrella. We told her we had one in the car. A few moments later, she arrived at our room with an umbrella to keep the driver dry to get into the car. She directed us...

I always had some apprehension about staying at any Quality Inn as I found them to be of uneven quality. The one in Clayton turned out just fine. It clearly has been updated. The room was a good size, and clean. The mattress was firm and the linens and towels were of good quality. The people at the front desk were...

We travel to the area regularly and have avoided this place because of the price. Our regular places were full so we had to stay here. The place looks nice from the outside. The check in was difficult. The girl at the counter was by herself and on the phone. She never acknowledged that we were there as we waited...

John and Kenzie made checking in a breeze even though we presented them with questions and asked to see the handicapped room before completing the process. John was in his third day of training and handled is as expert. The room had all the amenities plus a comfortable sofa. Breakfast was outstanding - sausage, eggs, pastry toast, waffles - as...

I got in late, about 11pm and was greeted well. The room is like most of this type. 213 was clean, neat and fresh. King bed confortable. If any complaint it would be the noise of the AC but in some cases, noise can be a good thing. Morning Bfast was ample - It's eggs, bacon, a waffle station, yogurt,...
