Great staff. Clean rooms. Not the greatest location if you don't have a car. If you are coming late (after midnight ) call ahead.
They do have a shuttle to the airport just coordinate with the front desk for a ride. I believe it is...More
We stayed here the night before an early flight. The staff was helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and shuttle was prompt. We were even able to grab breakfast on our way out. This was convenient because dinner was in walking distance.
We had a nice stay at this property. We were just there for the night and it is very convenient to the airport. We did feel that the room needs a little updating. The bathroom towel holder fell off the wall and the walls have...More
Only a slight quibble with this hotel. Like most entities they don't "debug" their "systems" (e.g. automated menus, computer systems) well enough from a "client centered" point of view. The last of several of these was that I couldn't sign in to write a review...More
A great location for catching an early flight from the world's busiest airport. Rooms were quiet and clean and there is a restaurant you can walk to for lunch/dinner. Breakfast is supplied by the hotel.

You will be arriving at the International Terminal (Concourse F) and take the train to the the Domestic Terminal (T); go to the south side of the terminal (the side that is occupied by Delta) and follow the signs to Ground Transportation/Shuttles etc., which is on the on the South-West side. Cross the street in front of the terminal and find Zone 1, Section 20-24. This is where the shuttle bus will come and get you. I am not entirely sure during what times the shuttle runs, since I always fly in and out during their scheduled times. The bus for the Hampton Inn will also take you to the Sleep Inn (providing they have space). You might want to send an email to the hotel and ask about the regular operating times for the shuttle. Hope this helps and have a great trip!
