For this hotel chain, you always need to have identification and a credit card. Most credit card companies require a card holder to be at least 18 years of age.
I am not sure about Visa and MasterCard debit cards - that would be under the bank's agreement with the cardholder.
Most states also have legal requirements in order to make a binding contract. If a hotel allows underage residents to rent the room, that contract may be void, voidable or prohibited.by state law.
The first response above is probably best - call the reservation number and they can answer your question or you can call the hotel directly for specific answers to hotel law in Georgia and the hotel chain (or franchisee's) policy.
