We had a great time staying here. The waterfall is magnificent and totally worth the trip by itself! Plus, there are quite a few hiking opportunities in the area.
We also had breakfast at the lodge - a bit expensive, but very good fare.
Very nice room on 4 th floor with a loft, would be great if you have youngins. 2 queens and 2 more in the loft. Clean and comfy.

Well behaved and leashed dogs are welcome throughout the park. We enjoy seeing all sorts of dogs daily at Amicalola Falls State Park. We have two dog-friendly cabins, as well. No pets are allowed inside the lodge or restaurant, however, unless they are certified service animals.
