Very accommodating for a one night getaway. Will visit again. Rooms very clean and very personable front desk attendees. I would recommend for anyone visiting this area that didn’t want the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta
I’ve stayed there 4 different times from February to March 2021. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast. While they have pre-made items, I had requested an omelet to be made instead because I’m ‘trying’ to be healthy. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I do want to call out the one cook/chef in the morning. I wish I got her name but she wears the scarf/mask with a smile on it. She was so friendly and personable. We had some laughs. I guess when you request the same meal daily for weeks, they remember you even with a mask on! Haha But she was great, the best of them all. And her omelets were the best too. The girls at the bar at night are both very friendly too. I do wish the evening reception had a few better options besides snacks but it’s ok. The restaurant is open and the food is good. I’ll be back again in a few months and plan to stay there too. Same for my co-workers. It’s our preferred of the other hotels in the area. There are plenty of other restaurants, fast food, grocery and malls nearby plus it’s off the highway. I highly recommend. …
Spent a week here and there are some pros and cons. I wanted to give a shout out to the lady who helped me with switching our suite to a better location looking out to the trees. Originally, the mgr who checked me in gave me a suite over looking the roof top with concrete walls around it. I really don’t understand why would they assigned me to a suite that has such a bad location for 6 nights? I don’t mine if I was only staying for one night but 6 nights would be bad customer service. Assign it to someone who’s staying for one night and I don’t think they would even care. It shouldn’t be first come first serve and since the suite was already paid for, it should be assigned before the guests arrives. We drove 10 hours to get there and to be greeted with such a view was incredibly disappointing. Since they were fully booked that night, the mgr asked me to switch the next day and the lady who assisted me had really tried to get me a room that had a better view. 5 STARS for her effort! We were tired from our long drive the night before, so my husband went down for breakfast and I asked him to bring breakfast up to the room. My husband got himself some eggs and then asked for 2 eggs omelettes supposedly for me and my son, and the lady who was there every morning only gave him one! She asked him to finished eating his eggs first and then come back for more omelette!!? Excuse me? This is a business and you serve your guests. He’s not your child! In fact, he doesn’t even need to explain to you! You just cook your eggs, that’s your job! Being my husband, he hates to explain too much and he was tired from the long driving so he went along with it and didn’t even tell me until the next day. I was wondering how come the omelette portion was so small? Also, the housekeeping did not change the comforter and it didn’t smell fresh. They cover it up with a sheet on top of the comforter. We are used to staying in 5 stars hotel around the world and shouldn’t expect too much from a 3 stars hotel but these are all basics every hotel should follow as a standard. Too bad there wasn’t any 5 stars hotel in that area. At checkout, the woman at the front desk did not asked me how was my stay which is a standard hospitality question. She just said, you are all set! I wonder if this is a 3 stars standard?…
Top notch. Everything was outstanding from hotel appearance, staff, rooms, cleanliness, parking, breakfast buffet, towel service, complementary happy hour and dinner. The outside courtyard area was very relaxing for get away to gather thoughts and conversation with other guests.
We tried to order room service from our room this is July 2021, they used covid as an excuse that we had to come down and order food to take back up to our rooms from the bar. How's is this better??? Also we were made to believe that they had in room pay movies and told we had ro service when we booked. The difference between staying at a hotel that charges 234 a night verses 99. . Plus a coke was 5.00. Huge sign when you check.in that you can't bring in outside food to your rooms as long as restaurant is open. REALLY!!!
