The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were eager to provide the best experience. It’s such a unique place that I definitely want to return to again. Loved looking at the stars in the hot tub and hanging with the koi’s
Had a fantastic time on the January shuttle day event. The shuttle ran on time and, as usual, there was a great group of people riding the trails. Mulberry Gap seems to attract good people every time I've been there. The owners really care about the place and do a good job with check in and all the various other things that go along with the stay or day trip. If you are looking for a good day or weekend get away and you like to ride MTB trails there is not a better place in this area in my opinion. There are a couple of decent climbs after the shuttle drops on P2 and P3 so be in decent shape or prepare to walk a little. This is Appalachian MTBing not a bike park but the downhills payoff nice.
Shuttle service Pinhoti 2 is a complete joke and waist of money! Does NOT take you up the hill. There is still ALOT of uphill, at least half. If considering the shuttle service, save your money. Might not be that way for all the trails but was for this one.
The area was gorgeous the facilities were clean, and the staff were utterly accommodating. Community style dining was fantastic and gave us a chance to meet some great people. Favorite part of the trip was Matt (who helped with a last minute valve stem replacement) and the “no shame” shuttle service!
Although I don't bike, Mulberry Gap is a wonderful place to visit for hiking, delicious food, clean and comfortable accommodations and friendly staff! The views are beautiful and the location is quiet and remote but close enough to Ellijay and Blue Ridge for some fun shopping, eating and drinking! :)
