Bad experience at this hotel. Constant construction work on the ground and second floor. Food was all very bland and way over salted. Very plain rooms. Just a bed and 2 drawer desk. No place to hang clothes. No chair for sitting just the bed. Only redeeming factor was the nice pool area.

This hotel was a very bad experience for me, starting with the reception desk attendees, very rude non accommodating I dealt with at least 7 different young ladies and have nothing good to say about their customer service etiquette. Once arrived at the room it had a very bad smell, maybe it had to do with the sea but they...

I had booked a stay at this "all inclusive" from Jan 1st to Jan 6 2017 and paid over $400/night through Booking so I was expecting a decent place. Me and my boyfriend arrived on Jan 1 around 7:30 Pm. The lobby seemed kind of old but I was hoping the rooms were renovated. The elevator was super old too...

This hotel visit was terrible, the staff is unprofessional and the hotel is dirty. Saw multiple roaches within an hour. The rooms stink, have non working lights. The AC worked at least. This is not a place to go and relax, the music is ridiculously loud all night.

This is an average hotel that easily , under new ownership ,could become the best hotel in San Andres for a couple small ,yet very simple reasons: location, food and for having one of the few night clubs in town, however is their own workers who made this place very unpleasant, lets' begin : Front desk ( lobby) : unattended,...

San Andres is THE beach to go! It's heaven! There is no water with the same colours! You will enjoy a lot! The hotel is well located, and you will stay there just to sleep. Enjoy Colombia! It is a great country! El peligro es querer quedar se alli!

It is a regular 4 stars hotel located in downtown with restarurants, shops and public beach nearby. However it is expensive for what you receive. Facilities seems old but rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. (But bathrooms have some mold which is dissapointing). Food is ok but not varied and staff is attentive but desorganized. The hotel have a big...

“The rooms that face the pool have a nice view but there is entertainment at night so I requested a room opposite. I was in #421. The room view was not appealing - it overlooked the other rooms in the hotel - but it was quiet at night without loud music coming from the bar.”
