What I reviewed was unstable living conditions, roaches that crawl in the bed rooms have more then a few infested no fridge no microwave ,mold ,only two channels in some rooms ppl hanging out all times of night, drugs place right next door to a rehab place hollering all times of day and night they don't clean rooms nor change bedding I'm guessing u have to ask them inconsiderate people with no manners , it's straight like a ghetto project living is close to shelters some changes need to be applied, hotel is not up to par to have children living in it. Staff are very understanding they will get right on whatever matter only if asked .alot is out the front desk person hands .have contacted code inforcement and cps there are some deep bedded issues with in hotel gang members bringing drama when children are present at hotel .

Once again go look for another hotel.

Not to be confused with a real hotel like the similarly named Atlanta Airport Marriott in College Park. This seedy, run down dive is a great place for drug dealers and prostitutes. It is located in an industrial area and backs up to the Pink Pony Gentleman's Club which was shut down by the local government. I was staying at the Econolodge at 5060 Frontage Road on the other side of Forest Park Road (and which I wholeheartedly recommend for a decent economical hotel stay) and I checked out this dump when I noticed the $25 a night rate posted on the highway sign. Several room doors were ripped off the hinges and those rooms were trashed. The ones that were occupied had sheets or blankets instead of curtains. From the BBQ grills and kids toys, it is obvious that people live there semi-permanently, and the sign advertises "weekly and monthly rates available". I was afraid to get out of the car and go look at the rooms because of the sketchy looking characters hanging around, but what I could see from the parking lot did not look good. I am a Building Inspector by trade and can honestly say this hotel should be bulldozed.

I had one of the newly remodeled rooms, and it was nice. I paid $7.00 for a week of wifi, and $10 to rent a fridge. The accommodations are reasonable, staff was friendly, and It was an affordable option until I was ready to move into my own place. Definitely a good option if you are trying to save money!

This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Although the staff were friendly and kind, the hotel is in utter disrepair and is unclean, to say the least. My room was filthy. The lamps were sideways and nearly broken, the towel rack was hanging on the wall by a single screw (mind you it was sideways). The towels were dirty as was every vertical and horizontal surface in the room. Carpets look as if they have never been cleaned.

In addition, the hotel is located between a correctional facility and a gentleman's club. Upon check-in I saw not one, but three individuals (all pay-per-week hotel residents) who were clearly high on meth or some other narcotics. I'm not one to write reviews, but this is a must avoid. If expedia or some other travel service suggests this hotel, do not trust it. Yes, it was cheap, but it was neither safe, nor clean.

If ghetto service is your taste you might like to stay at this place. The management staff seems not to be concerned with your opinions of the rooms or complaints of the nasty attitude the desk-clerk may choose to display. The rooms I viewed were worse than one might see in government housing. The rooms had dirty-old-stinking-carpet, broken-lamps or shades, broken-tv-stand and one smelled like mold. The outside is complete with un-kept grounds, a dirty broken pool and loitering-people how look like they wanna rob you, sell you something illegal, beg you for money or a ride any minute. What a disaster!

I am personally gonna make this my personal project to shut down this hell hole and if Hotels.com remains with this hotel, I will see to it to smear any good name you may have made for yourself so far.!!!
So I advise you to insist that these things are corrected or go down with this hell hole.
Tonya Grimms appeared at first to be top notch, but her true colors came shining thru!!!
Her staff are incompetent and extremely aggressive and rude!!
And when I pay my hard earned money up front, only to have them turn on me like someone
they hated ....oh Hell No!!! I don't need this and will not take it from anyone!!!
There is a BIG...I mean a Colossal Lesson to be learned, look eslse where, This is mostly BLACK and extremely Racist and Prejudice........even though they are in DENIAL!!!

The stairwell needed to access our room was boarded up so we had to walk around the entire building. People actual live at this facility and it looks like a homeless shelter. The swimming pool was empty but had trash in it. The garbage cans were full and stinking.

This is the most disgusting place I have never seen as hotel or motel every thing was so filthy dirty and smelling all over the place you could see trash as if it was an abandon building. The bedroom bathroom was completely rusty and as in construction side. I was even so afraid of roaches that were crawling all over the floor and walls It was so late but I could not sleep in a place like that. I have to call for a taxi to take me to another hotel. I am so mad with Expedia to have book me to such a trashy place.
