Requested a wheelchair accessible room. Bathroom was a joke. Sink mounted too high. Bathtub inaccessible with no adjustable shower head and flimsey seat. Mirror mounted to high to use. Impossible to use a hoyer type lift. Room was clean.
So we stayed here on our way to Miami and on the way back from Miami and both times we were impressed. We wanted a nice clean place that gave us a great price, free WiFi, and free breakfast and this placed covered it. Right...More

If I remember correctly, we were on the second floor which of course had stairs. I believe the first floor had no steps to get to rooms. We couldn't get one on the first floor for my service dog because we arrived with no reservations. I would suggest you make a reservation and specify first floor, As for the dog, there is no charge if a service dog, they may however charge for a non service dog.
