After spending 6 hours flying and 2.5 hours driving, it was nice to arrive to a host that was ready for us. Our room was as expected, older, but clean and everything was in good working order. We requested a room near the pool, and they accommodated our request. The area around the hotel is safe and clean, the grounds...

We have family who live in this town and have stayed here in the past... But this time... Awful smell of smoking, carpets not clean, the little refrigerator was not working, cigarette burn stains on the countertops... We arrived late and very tired and the AC was not on... Room smelled really bad and the hotel in general was much...

Needless to say we...

Room was adequately clean but too small for a round table and chairs. If a chair was at the table you had to squeeze by to get to the bathroom. Needed some cleaning attention along the baseboards. Bed and pillows very comfortable. A/C left room for improvement. It was either on or off with no option of fan running after...

In desperate need of maintenance. Door card had to be reset every other day. Smoking should only be allowed outside. It kept flowing thru the bathroom ceiling vent. This should not have been more than a $39 stay per night

This room was paid for out of Wyndham Rewards. At registration we were charged $5 tax. When I questioned it, she just said "It's tax." I even questioned that it was exactly $5, no tax is going to be exactly $5. She just said "It's tax". We have never, ever been charged tax or any fee when using the rewards....
