Room was ok. Hostesses were wonderful and very thoughtful. The breakfasts they created were delicious and filling. Great time with them. Room was small. Outdoor area was very inviting and comfortable.

Very cozy and cute! Just what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were such a treat to talk to and get to know a bit ... would love to visit again! And the beds were super comfy! Glad we found this place !

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. They even invited us to carve pumpkins with their family. We stayed in Melissa's room which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The only negative thing about our stay if you are in the shower and someone flushes a toilet you will... More

Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience. While driving up the hill going to the B&B, I told my wife I didn't know whether I was in Bavaria, or Helen (she nudged me getting me back to reality;). Once inside, we were greeted by two very sweet ladies, that escorted us to our room. After settling in, they... More

My husband and I just came back from spending the weekend here. I absolutely Loved it. When I first saw it, the German feel that I felt back when we lived in Germany, was back. This is a quant house at the top of a mountain overlooking the Festehaus and the River. The sounds of the river flowing were perfect.... More

Frankie and Barbara are two of the nicest people i have ever met. Our stay there was a relaxing, peaceful, beautiful weekend. Fantastic food, beautiful room and hosts that made us feel like they had known us all our lives. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Helen Ga. The deck that looks out over the river... More

With all the outstanding reviews we had to stay here. We have done the B&B thing several times in the US and in other countries. We like the great breakfasts....and the unique places.....such as an 1800s house in South Carolina...or old unique house in Europe. But this place was a house most likely built in the 1970s...maybe a little earlier...with... More

Our recent stay was extremely pleasant but way too short, I could've stayed a week or more! Both Frankie and Barbara who run this hilltop bed and breakfast made us feel like family and the delicious breakfasts were as good as my grandmother would serve me,their recommendations on dining options in town and nearby attractions were very helpful and greatly... This was our second visit to the Alpine Hilltop Haus and we enjoyed it again very much. Frankie and Barbara want guests to feel at home and they succeeded yet again. We stayed in Melissa’s room both times and, while not a large room, we found it quite comfortable. Breakfasts are cooked and served by Barbara and Frankie and were... More

We can't wait to go back! After reading the amazing reviews, my husband reserved a couple of nights here for a short getaway. Before we had a chance to close our car doors upon arriving, Frankie was at the front door to greet us by name. We stayed in the Dogwood Suite (this suite has it's own private entrance) and... More
