My friend and I stayed in the friends room and it was lovely to find a B&B that has a 2 bed room - not all who travel are couples! The home itself was amazing and we had the use of a good deal of it plus the garden (with pool). Good attention to detail was everywhere (for example, we...

My husband and I have never had a more relaxing weekend! Only 1-1/2 hours from Atlanta and I felt like I was in another world. The house, the gardens, the pool - southern elegance and so peaceful! Music, food and shopping in the town square with a very romantic gazebo in the Town Park to enjoy on a rainy evening....

We stayed one night and fell in love with the service, beauty and architecture of Madison Oaks. We really enjoyed breakfast in the morning with other people that are staying. We plan on coming back just to relax! I would recommend this historic beautiful inn to any one.

Loved this B&B. Perfect location and beautiful grounds. We stayed here one night in the Hannah room and loved it. Worth the few extra dollars for the wonderful spacious bathroom. Nice bright room with view of gardens and pool. Breakfast was incredible, Innkeeper Cheryl is quite the chef....definitely a 4-star breakfast. Very relaxed and romantic B&B.

My wife and I stayed here on a Tuesday evening at the end of our vacation on the way back to Atlanta to catch our plane home to the UK. We were stunned by the beauty of the house and grounds. Our room and the facilities were excellent. We were lucky to be the only guests so that the Innkeeper...

Having the distinct honor of being born and raised in Georgia, I was completely at home at Madison Oaks. My husband and I live in Arizona now, so this was a true homecoming for me. We both felt as though we were whisked away to a beautiful place in time where life is more laid back and relaxed. Cheryl is...

It was so nice having a fellow "Southern Belle" and her handsome "Beau" as guests. You came as strangers and left as cherished friends. Thank you so much for staying with us; I can't wait for your next visit! Hugs from Cheryl, Purrs from Fiona, and Wet kisses from Sophie

A very close friend of mine and I stayed here mid week and had the loveliest time. We stayed in the Sisters Room with two iron twin beds and the room was large, comfy, well appointed and great views of the side yard and front with those old great windows. Awesome large bathroom with the old clawfoot tub in red....

It's taken me a few days to write my review because I wanted to spend enough time providing my thoughts. My husband and I stayed at the Inn over Memorial Day weekend and to celebrate his birthday, and the weekend couldn't have been more perfect! The house and grounds are exquisite, and even more beautiful in person than even pictures show....

My husband and I felt so welcomed by Cheryl, H.D. and of course Sofie. Cheryl is masterful in the kitchen, yet is humble and gracious about the delicious food she serves. And the coffee and fresh cookies and creampuffs at 8am were a perfect jumpstart to the day. The inn and gardens are lovely. We spent an afternoon relaxing by...

“Ask for a room with a private bath. A privacy screen is provided for the room with not private bath. It is not a big problem because all the other rooms have their own bathroom. There is a claw footed tub in that bath and in the room with two beds.”

“You can't go wrong here. The Thomas Room had a queen bed, and I'm pretty sure the Hannah & Barons Rooms did too. The Sisters Room had 2 single beds. All had very nice en suite bathrooms except the Barons room, which had a privacy screen in the hallway between the adjacent doorways. The Thomas Room had a shower, the Barons & Sisters Rooms had claw-foot tubs, and I don't recall what the Hannah Room had, although that bathroom was the nicest of them all.”

“All the rooms are lovely but you may want to ask for a room with an attached bathroom if that is important to you. Our bathroom was outside the room but we felt perfectly comfortable with it.”

“I do not believe we had the most expensive room, though we had our own bath, so I do not believe you can go wrong with any room.”
