The Madison Oaks Inn was just what we were looking for for our 3rd Anniversary. It's scenic and peaceful. Cheryl is an absolutely delightful hostess. There's nothing like the smell of fresh coffee outside your room and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Well done Cheryl! Every detail was lovely. We will be back.

My friend and I stayed at this wonderful inn on our first visit to Madison. We stayed in the sisters room which was beautifully decorated and comfortable . We loved the historical "feel" of the home as well as the grounds. It was very easy to rock on the front porch and think of days long-ago. We felt very pampered...

Wonderful and kind inn keeper. Very Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice old house; large rooms with big windows, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Good food. Coffee is served 1st to your room, about 8:30 am. This is something I appreciated. 30 min. later breakfast was ready in the dining room.....a perfect arrangement. Highly recommended.

My sister & I spent the night at this beautiful Inn. We were there to enjoy Madison's Christmas tour of homes and to enjoy some shopping. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The Inn's decor is beautiful. We had the sister's room, very well keep and clean. Cheryl the Innkeeper was so friendly and made us feel right...

This place is FABULOUS!! from the piano room / study, to the grand foyer, to the gorgeous dining room with excellent food (something that you don't cook at home, I might add), to the exquisite bedrooms, and last but certainly not least, the remarkable yard with the tree swings and beautiful trees. I would recommend a stay at this place...

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful inn on our first trip to Madison. The gorgeous inn sits amongst manicured lawns and shady Oak trees. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The innkeeper, Cheryl, was delightful and helpful. She made us yummy oatmeal cookies and a delicious breakfast. A perfect destination to step back in time and enjoy...

This was such a beautiful location for a wedding. I came for a wedding in which I was a bridesmaid and also stayed a night. It is such a charming house, beautifully decorated and the surrounding back yard/area is also really scenic. The only thing about the room was that the bathroom had no shower curtain but not a problem...

I come to Madison once a year, usually with family and friends. This year I came on my own and instead of opting for the usual ordinary hotel room, i stayed at the Madison Oaks. I am so glad that I did--what a treat! The Thomas room was gorgeous and comfy, the grounds were beautiful, and the food was delicious....

“Ask for a room with a private bath. A privacy screen is provided for the room with not private bath. It is not a big problem because all the other rooms have their own bathroom. There is a claw footed tub in that bath and in the room with two beds.”

“Only 4 rooms available - all are individually furnished and charming. See website for details.”

“You can't go wrong here. The Thomas Room had a queen bed, and I'm pretty sure the Hannah & Barons Rooms did too. The Sisters Room had 2 single beds. All had very nice en suite bathrooms except the Barons room, which had a privacy screen in the hallway between the adjacent doorways. The Thomas Room had a shower, the Barons & Sisters Rooms had claw-foot tubs, and I don't recall what the Hannah Room had, although that bathroom was the nicest of them all.”

“All the rooms are lovely but you may want to ask for a room with an attached bathroom if that is important to you. Our bathroom was outside the room but we felt perfectly comfortable with it.”

“I do not believe we had the most expensive room, though we had our own bath, so I do not believe you can go wrong with any room.”
