We actually stay here two night every year, because it is very close to our family. Services are minimal, WIFI doesn't work, even 30 feet from the office. It is essentially a place to stay with water, electricity and sewer, and pretty much nothing else. It's also every near a noisy military base.

This place is about as far from being and "RV Resort" as any RV park we have stayed. On the positive side, it is quiet and very close to I-75. The only alternative is a half hour north at Allatoona Landing and there you have to contend with trains running all night long!

This park is indeed in some TLC! The pool area is a scary place, seen noone in the pool during our stay! I would say the park is 3/4 full with full timers and their sites are very unkept, our site had a plastic solo cup, candy wrappers, lawn that needed cutting & unlevel pad. The bathrooms & laundry were...

Our experience in this campground was good! The bad reviews I read were all about rudeness in booking reservations. We had a totally different experience. Although we filled the last vacancy for the evening, we were courteously provided everything we needed for a 38' Class A with a tow vehicle . The 1PM check-out was extra nice and allowed us...

I wish I would have read these reviews before I called these people. We were planning on camping at the Dobbins Air Force base near there, but it was completely booked, so we did a phone search of nearby rv camping, and this place came up. We paid for 2 nights, on the phone...when we arrived they were packed so...

Only RV park in Atlanta/Marietta area so no other options. Pulled in and were aghast at a rundown, mobile home park. Dirty, antique infrastructure, crowded, and not worthy of being a mobile home park much less an "RV Resort." Who do the managers think they are fooling by calling it a resort? We pulled right on through the park, weaving...

Campground was sub-par of what I normally stay at & I put up with that for the short time I had to be there but the owners or managers are the most horrible obnoxious people I have EVER had to deal with at a campground. In fairness I was running behind leaving. The campground is only 5 hours from my...

I stayed 3 days, parking was ample, has full service 30 amp, with full cable hookup, and has good Wi-Fi. Close to stores and close to I-75. Management was very helpful. Has laundry room next to office. RV Spaces ran $40.00 a day. Tom G

Reviews about the park are accurate. Very small, cramped lots on top of each other. No scenery, essentially a parking lot for your RV for the night like a truck stop. Entire park, office, bathrooms are dated, probably built 20 yrs ago. Wouldn't want to shower in them. Glad we only had to stay one night <24 hrs and couldn't wait to...

We had booked 3 nights.....2 was the max we could handle. Unless you have a tow vehicle your pretty limited to McDonald's and Waffle House. Very tight spaces and not level or well kept. Pool is small and shaded most of the day. Woodalls let us down on this recommendation. $86.00 for 2 nights is way over priced for this...
