No room keys were available the whole weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful, having to escort us every single time to get in our room. Only one elevator worked the whole weekend. Only one luggage cart appeared to be available. The front desk staff was supposed to have a manager review our charges due to the issues, but we were charged the full amount. We loved the little ginger "hotel" cat living near the parking lot and enjoyed feeding him each night.

The accommodations were great. The staff were extremely helpful, making sure that everything was right, giving us a room next to the lobby for my husband who cannot walk very well. Location makes the early morning drive north through Atlanta a breeze.

Right off the interstate.

Undergoing renovations now, but otherwise property is clean.

King room is spacious.

Large fitness center with 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and 1 recumbent bike of good quality. There were 2 workout benches and some dumbbells.

Breakfast had sausage, western omelet and French toast sticks. There was a fruit medley for a more health option.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Walmart and CVS pharmacy less than 2 miles away.

Worse part of the stay was bad free WiFi signal. I know free is free but I’ve had really good free WiFi service at other hotels.

Best part of this stay was the staff. They were helpful and very professional. Lady who checked me in was really nice. Lady who ran the breakfast morning of 2 March was really friendly and helpful.

I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve always stayed at a Hilton or Hampton because you can count on it being clean, not this one. The first room had a dirty bathroom floor and the second room had sticky spots on the desk so it obviously wasn’t cleaned properly plus the door was nearly impossible to open & close so we left and went across the street to at a Drury Inn. This is my first bad experience with a Hampton and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. The front desk clerk, Steve, was very helpful and friendly.

When I checked in I ask for a room upgrade and was told mo. I ask where and how much was the laundry, I was told 4th floor and $1.50 to wash. After walking the 4th floor twice I headed back down to the front desk ask told her there was no laundry on the 4th floor. Another employee spoke up and said 5th floor which is correct. The cost is $2.00 and I didn't have enough quarters so I went to the front desk for some which I was told they didn't have any. All I needed was a quarter so I bought a quarter from an employee for $1.00. Totally ridiculous. I know people are new but there has to be a point where you don't employ just bodies. I overlooked all this until I smelled something burning and I went down to the front desk to let them know. The same person that checked me in was there and when I told her the response I got was she'll let her manager know. This place could have been on fire and she showed no interest in checking out I said, instead she continued on her phone. I don't feel this place is safe with employees like this. All this aside, this is a decent property even though it needs a serious upgrade it's still a decent place to stay.

Do you appreciate friendly service? If so, look no further. My husband and I needed an overnight stop on a long trip. We rolled in shortly after midnight and were greeted by Quan who was so welcoming and accommodating. She offered us a special parking spot and bottled water. In the morning I was loading suitcases and Mr. Ivey offered to help me lift my larger suitcase into the vehicle. Every single employee at this location was friendly and helpful, answering positively to every request. I want to give a special shout out to Steve and daytime manager Trey! You can’t imagine friendlier service anywhere!

I had a mixup with the night I made the reservation. When I called, no one picked up the phone after it was ringing for several minutes and multiple tries. When Hilton Honors tried to help they wouldn’t work with them. When I did get in touch with them they weren’t interested in helping us with a second reservation.

Hampton is my go to as an honors member and this hotel was an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. Stayed for one short night and probably would have changed hotels if it were not so late and if we were staying longer. All we really require is a clean and safe room. The room itself was ok, but it clearly has not been cleaned properly which is shocking durning the covid era. Orange cracker crumbs on the desk and chair, but the worse part was the bathroom vent. It was covered with filth and stood out like a sore thumb. How housekeeping could see this thing and not clean it is beyond me. I can’t believe they leave such an eye sore and mess on the wall. Debated leaving or asking for a new room but it was late and the bed was clean so we stayed. Bed sheets had stains on them but they were freshly laundered which was all we needed for a quick nights sleep. I feel super let down by Hampton as I always use them and speak highly of them. This was a bad example and I wouldn’t return to this one.

The rooms are very cruddy. This hotel is not Hilton's quality. This is like a Choice hotel brand that never disappoints with their lack of cleanliness. I stop patronizing choice hotels because of this reason. The room had the blue seals on the door that says it's been sterilized for Covid however the shower wall had would look like to be shampoo splattered all over it as well as the shower curtain. Hair was in several places on the bathtub, in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. The bathroom door was filthy inside and out. There were stains all over the carpet. The only thing that was Hilton's quality were the beds! I was very disappointed. The inspectors should be fired!
It was very clear that the room was not fully cleaned!

We had short notice on Easter weekend and were pleasantly surprised to find a room of this quality and price still available..plus we have dogs…not an easy task at the last minute.

Every front desk person we encountered was pleasant and helpful…heck, even the other guests were a joy to meet!

The room (2queens) was sooooooo comfortable…we were right by the stairs on the 3rd floor which was great for getting our dogs out quickly (and quietly).

We slept in each morning so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast but that’s ok.

The only thing odd was the hot water wasn’t hot…it was more tepid…possible to take a shower but just not hot by any stretch of the imagination.

We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.
