This place is horrible! Super dirty and roaches all over the place, I needed a room for one night so happened to find this closer to me and it was a bad idea. As soon as you walk in it has a terrible smell, the guy upfront was rude and not helpful at all. Also there’s a $60 deposit that I didn’t see in the description. There was roaches in the bathroom wich I have pictures of and the microwave smelled like fish, the Lam was all the way in the corner with out a cover and the smoke detector wires were all out. Overall this was a dirty nasty place to stay at.

My experience was an absolute tragedy. We booked through a third party and requested to be on the first floor. When we get there (around 2pm) the manager stated that they could not accommodate a first floor room because they were sold out. Then he said if we wanted to pay extra that is the only way that we can get a room on the first floor. I decided to go to the second floor because we already booked and didn’t want the hassle. The manager gave us a room (229) that was absolutely terrible. The door does not lock unless you lift the handle and jimmy it, the phone does not work and there was no smoke detector. After complaining about this to the manager he did not respond with concern but instead he stated that the door just needs to be lifted. I even informed him that i did not feel safe because the door was messed up and he still said that he cannot do anything about it. There was no type of security that i got from the place because the back door entrance was open and did not lock. The manager thought i would feel better because he said that they watch the property 24/7, but how does this make someone feel better when I’m staying in a hotel and the door doesn’t lock? All I’m saying is that if you choose here to stay please know that the rooms are potential hazards.

Thursday night check-in was a mess. Instead of calmly explaining hotel policy required the presentation of the credit card used to make the reservation, the desk clerk said "I lied!" when I called him with the confirmation number and advised the room was paid in full, Of course, he did not stay at the hotel after the desk clerk called me a liar. Friday evening the day manager explained why the credit card was needed to confirm, not fraudulent or stolen. Friday's service was much better, but does not override rudeness of the clerk the night before.

We had the pleasure of staying at tis amazing Hotel in March. they are undergoing renovations but even with that it was still really nice. the bed was beyond comfortable rooms stayed clean and are very nice. The staff was very professional and addressed any needs we had immediately. But the baby was the star of the show he would be down at the front desk every morning with a smile helping his dad check people out. I really looked for to the mornings and seeing his smiling face try this place out you won't be sorry you did

Penalized for early checkout; pictures overstate the quality; amenities list is mostly wrong; clean linens., overpriced for what it is. Tried to check out early only to discover that I was charged the full stay. When I called to have it corrected, I discovered that the clerk never checked me out. Then I was penalized for an early check out, recovering less than 40% of a day's stay. Available amenities are overstated. Room did not have the iron, ironing board, a working TV, coffee maker, clock, nor a safe. I can't remember if it had a refrigerator. Housekeeping removed the towels and didn't replenish them. I was told that there was fresh coffee, in the lobby, all day, everyday. Never saw it. Breakfast was non-existent. Operators meant well and were sincere, but the establishment is in a state of repair. Rooms lacked thresholds, at the door. The door was difficult to close. The room was clean. The linens were clean. That's where the niceties ended.
