A beautiful old turn-of-the-century home (mansion?) and two spacious cottage options. The B&B is clean, antiquey and charming. It has a big yard, pool and huge and comfortable front porch. Located a block off Route 27. What we loved most was Bev, the proprietor. She made we three couples an amazing breakfast and shared stories of the Chipley Railroad, the...

Great home right in the middle of town. It's walking distance from some shops and great places to eat. Callaway Gardens is right down the street and FDR state park is a 10 minute drive. My wife and I stayed here for her birthday and Beverly went above and beyond! Breakfast is something different everyday and the company is great!...

This was one of two B&B we stayed on our trip. This one gets the gold medal because of the made from scratch breakfast, coffee, and conversation as I watched it being prepared by our hostess, Ms Beverly. The house and grounds are gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again and soon.

If you are in the Pine Mountain, GA area, this is the place to stay. Beautifully maintained historic home with loads of charm and one of the nicest hostesses ever. Enjoyed my soak in the clawfoot tub and a delicious breakfast.

Situated in an 1895 house with lots of history and charm. It is obvious that this was quite the property in its day -- extensive house and well built. There are also cottages on the property if you wish to stay outside the main house. There was a recent ownership change and the new owner is passionate and working hard...
