I didn't what to say about this place other than total perfection. Butler service, incredible golf courses. Just wow. The steak was amazing, thanks Michael and Zelda. The Oak Room was every man's dream.

The Lodge is an excellent place to get away. High level of service, customer service is simply beyond expectations. The highlight for us was milk and cookies delivered to your room each evening (request card on the desk to experience this). The property is designed for golfers for certain, which we did not golf. It is great for anyone wanting...

Three years in a row I have spent staying at the Cloister. This year it was for a wedding and instead of staying at The Cloister, I choose to stay at The Lodge. It TRULY is hard to say which location is better. The amenities are the same -- if you would like to go anywhere between them, then there...

Luxurious old world hotel appointed with handsome dark wood, antique rugs, blooming orchids, silver urns on the beverage stand, valet parking, staff holding open doors, verandas on both sides of hotel for relaxation. The rooms are beautiful and the staff and upkeep are top notch. I enjoyed the bagpipe player on the water-side lawn as the sun set each evening,...

I try to get to the Lodge a few times a year. Every time I have a wonderful stay. The rooms are large, clean, and have great views of the golf course. The bathrooms are large and the shower has fantastic water pressure. One of the best showers of any hotel I have stayed at. The lodge sits on the...

We take an annual golf trip to the Lodge and it matters not if you golf because the property is so wonderful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with large patios overlooking nature at its best and wandering bagpiper in the evenings.

This entire hotel is amazing. The rooms are wonderful and luxurious. The amenities are fantastic. The restaurant is one of the best you will ever eat in. The spa is the best I have ever been to. Even if you don't book a massage you have to experience what the spa area has to offer. Sea Island is very beautiful....

We prefer this to the Cloister because it feels so warm and cozy. The magnificent views of the golf course and water are breath- taking. Our sons love the close proximity to golf performance center. We loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the bag pipes at sunset and roasting marshmallows by the evening fire as a family....

Just returned from four nights at The Lodge, our fourth or fifth visit, and it is as good as ever, which is to say very hard to beat. About as good a hotel as any, anywhere. It is so good that my wife and I for Christmas gave each other surprise trips to the same place - The Lodge -...

We have been going to The Lodge at Sea Island for many years. The service is warm and impeccable, the grounds and accommodations beautiful and activities abound. I recommend The Lodge for a romantic getaway. The sister property, the Cloister, is larger and more formal and family oriented. Whichever property you choose all amenities are available to you at both...
