Lovely hotel with swimming pool and tennis court. Lovely restaurant serving excellent local produce. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Stayed with our sons (aged 10 and 16) on way to Bordeaux from Toulouse.

The hotel is situated in a well renovated 17th century old convent. There is a private free parking outside the main building but inside the property. When you enter the cute inside court yard there are rooms in the front and left buildings and reception and restaurants are on the right. Upon check in you will be escorted to your... More

Serignan-sur-Garonne is a tiny hamlet which is pretty to look at but there was no-where open when we arrived early afternoon. Le Prince Noir is a lovely old building with central courtyard and an outside terrace, but for us it just lacked appeal. Our room was just off the courtyard, very spacious and clean. We ate our evening meal on... More

Dear Siand33, I would like to thank you for your comments about our property. First of all, I want to apologize for the delay of service regarding the wine, this is not acceptable and unusual for us. Overall I do understand as you wrote "there was nothing wrong with your stay" but your expectations based on previous comments were higher.... More

Nice room and bike parking and an excellent restaurant with good selection of local wine. Staff were particularly helpful since I had fallen from my bike and they provided dressings and antiseptic which was much appreciated.

Beautiful old preserved building . Attention to detail on this our fourth visit was remarkable. It is lovely to be remembered on return visit . Standards again excellent. Restaurant outstanding. We will definitely try to return again next year for a treat stopover.

This lovely old building keeps alive the tradition of comfortable hotels with good restaurants which are not so easy to find as they were. We received a warm welcome and were shown to spacious room with French doors giving access to the pool. Having said we were going to have a swim we noted the owner checking the immaculate pool.... We stopped over for 2 nights on our way to Southern Gascony. The hotel is lovely, food exquisite and staff friendly and helpful. Room was part upgraded but I understand is part of the renovation planned. We also booked very short notice but this was no problem. We would stay again and would eat there even if not stopping.

Never heard of or planned on stopping in at Serignac on our canal cruise but fortunately fate intervened. Probably the prettiest of small villages we stumbled upon on our travels. Very sweet and quaint trickle of streets all bustling into one tiny but classically presented French courtyard with hanging lights, a beautiful church and some small shops. Disappointedly we arrived... More

This is a top of the line three star property. A converted convent, with rooms less like convent cells than one would expect. Although located on a busy road, the traffic slowed by 11pm and it was no problem sleeping with the windows open. There is a lovely terrace for dining on summer nights where we had truly excellent meals... More
