We stayed 1 night during the week to tour Georgia Southern. The location is great and the breakfast was very good. All staff were very nice. They do not currently offer the evening reception during the week that is posted on the website. I was disappointed about that. They should update the website. Doors are very heavy and loud as...

We pride ourselves on having the best staff in Statesboro and your feedback will help us continue to improve. We are making some adjustments to our doors, which should correct most if not all of the noise issue. And we are...

We arrived a few days early for our family wedding so we could visit Statesboro and the university. My wife and I grow up near Statesboro and I graduated from Georgia Southern. The town has changed a great deal, for the better. Upon check in, we noticed how clean the lobby was. The drive way and lobby area was being...

Marty, Thank you for taking time to tell us about your stay. We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our hotel as well as our friendly and helpful staff. And thank you for the comments regarding our doors. They are indeed heavy, which helps keeps the incidental hallway noises from getting into the room - though we are...

I really liked the hotel because the rooms were clean and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was good but not the usual stuff. I really enjoyed being able to make a croissant ham and cheese sandwich. They had a nice selection of cut fruit. There is not a waffle or pancake machine like my younger son prefers but...

Thank you for taking time to tell us about your stay at the Springhill Suites Statesboro. We take great pride in the helpful and friendly nature of our staff, as well as having one of the best Deluxe Continental Breakfasts in the area. And, when you and your son visit us on the weekends, we will have the waffle maker...

I am really surprised that more people have not mentioned this. I travel for my profession. Plus, I have stayed at most of the hotels in Statesboro. The doors to the rooms, plus the door out to the parking lot on the end of the building, are the heaviest and loudest doors that I have ever experienced- by far! All...

Thank you for taking time to tell us about your recent stay. And let me apologize that you did not have an experience that lives up to the highest Marriott standards. As for the loud slamming of the doors, we have had some partial failures of the door closing mechanism, which is causing the doors to close faster than they...

My husband and I stayed over night in a king suit. Very nice room with a large couch, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, office area, large shower and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Room was really clean! Free wifi and large breakfast: coffee, water, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, strawberries, apples, bagels, breads, blue berry muffins (which were phenomenal), a...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We pride ourselves on having the best breakfast, biggest rooms and the friendliest staff in town. As for the issue you had with the doors, we have had a recent issue with some of the mechanisms that assist the guest in opening the door and which close the...

We arrived at 9:30 pm to find that our room had been given away by the manager Phil! He told us that Expedia had done it. (We called them and were told that was not true.) Phil told us that SpringHill cannot confirm any reserv. made thru Expedia only if it was booked directly thru SpringHill. Really?! We had to...

We stayed in a two queen bed suite and it was very spacious. Room included a mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quiet. There were many different choices for breakfast and the fire pit was a nice place to wind down.

We visited this hotel for my because my step son is on the men's basketball team at Georgia Southern University. It was a 5 minute drive to the basketball arena and his apartment. Very nice, clean Marriott brand hotel. Not dog friendly, and I'm always disappointed when we visit Statesboro and have to stay elsewhere bc we have a pup w us.
