Decent looking hotel. I been to a few Super 8's and this one almost seems like any other except the staff is really good. I come back to a clean room and the front desk person (Eileen might be her name if I saw her badge correctly) is sweeter than sugar. Super knowledgeable and easy to engage unlike other super 8's that made me feel hesitant.

Everything was good. Some of the cleaning could have been better but not to where I won't stay again it is a lot of rooms to clean these people are not robots they're human. Had a good breakfast. Staff was helpful and very nice. The girl with a bluish purple hair is very helpful and deserves a raise

I wanted to give all the hotel employees a big shout for superior customer service! Especially Eileen who works usually 2nd or 3rd shift. She is Always attentive, willing to help and very thoughtful. I would rate them a 10 if I was able! Clean rooms, no bugs, quiet. No complaints here! 😁 Ohh yeah and it’s not too far from food or shopping.

We stayed overnight at the Stockbridge Super 8 based on the reviews that it was clean and a nice place to stay. But when we checked into our room the carpet had so many stains on it that there was no way that could take our shoes off before we hopped into bed. Also the tile area by the sink was sticky when you walked on it. And there was no shower curtain. They did promptly bring one, but how could housekeeping not replace a shower curtain when they cleaned the room. The door had the paint scratched off at the lower corner which made me think a dog had been locked in the room for some time. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom sink had been updated, bathroom clean, and the breakfast the next morning was satisfactory. It could have been a nice room if they had replaced the carpeting. We have never seen carpeting this fifthly and were surprised that the owner would find this acceptable.

The outside of the property was shabby. The bathroom had problems: the tub looked unpleasant and the ceiling was peeling. The refrigerator badly needed to be defrosted. On the good side, the desk was equipped with an electric socket that looked as though it would accept an European plug I have ever seen. There are nicer hotels in Stockbridge in the same price range.

Don't stay there the room was dirty and noisy the tub leaked all night and we did not feel safe because the people above us partied all night. We were tired and arrived late so we did not want to complain. We just wanted to crash, eat breakfast and leave for Florida. Alas no breakfast was available not even coffee, what a disappointment.

Dirty room and just as we walked in there was a HUGE Cockroach on the floor in front of the sink. While waiting to get a room it took 30 min as another person needed her door card to work for a room that was not in her name but in a guys name who had driven her there from Arkansas. At first the person at the desk said she couldnt hlep, until the guest stated the manager knew what was going on and she could call him. This went on back and forth for 20 min and shpuld have been my tip to go find another place to stay

I reserved a room through Wyndham. I get to the hotel and she tells me it will be $107 with my points. I give her my card and I noticed I was charged twice for one room and one stay so now $214 is missing off my card. I was assured that it would be returned once I checked out of the room. And it wasn't. And still have not returned to my card. I called Wyndham rewards they told me to contact the hotel. And I did but nothing.

I spent close to $100 for 1 night that was OK, but it should have been so much better. The Hotel needs some updates. The Front desk person was great. He even got us TP. The bathroom had none/zero also the tub was scratch up and had marks on it. We could not get into the room the first time, because we did not know the door handles were put on backwards. When You use your card you have to pull the handle up. Not like all the other hotels I have stayed at. The Front desk person had to explain how to get into our room. The Door looked like it was kicked in a few time and I explain that to the Front Desk Person. I thought the Front Desk Person was good, but he does not do the repairs. They need to hire someone to basic repairs.

I rented a room with my husband at 12:53 pm on the 12th It was at almost 8 pm that my husband looked in the fridge and said someones food was in it. After that he started looking around the room and in the bathroom there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower head there was also a fork and plastic wrapper at the foot of the bed. The floor was not vacuumed. I went down to the office and informed the lady at the front desk of everything and her reply was i had been there 8 hrs and the room had been cleaned. So basicly she was calling me a liar and did nothing about it. I noticed how many cameras there are and when they check the footage they will see that nobody brought any to go food in and no one took a shower because never changed clothes. I have no choice but to finish my night I paid $107.00. In a room that was not cleaned from the last guest. Guest service i guess is non existent here. And every guest is a liar. Omg!!!! Smh!
