Detailed Reviews
My husband and I were guests for one night only to be close to Piedmont Henry Hospital (we were there the first week in October, 2022).
The room itself was fine, clean and more than adequate for the stay. We had a non-smoking king room on the first floor and the only thing which would have made the room more pleasant would have been the additional of a small loveseat (or perhaps a chair or two) in a large corner of the room that already had a small low-profile table. The location was excellent; almost literally across the street from the hospital which is exactly what we were looking for.
The negative (and this was more me than my husband) was how secluded the property is from the main road. Ordinarily that would be a bonus but in this case, there were no locks on the exterior door leading from the south parking lot into the building, nor on the interior door to the first floor rooms. I can only assume there was not a lock from the the interior hallway and stairwell leading to the second floor rooms as well. I didn't go up the stairs to find out for myself.
This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and I would not have wanted to stay there if I had been by myself. I did note cameras at the front desk/reception area, however the cameras were behind the counter area where the front desk personnel were located. All it would take is for someone to enter the office, distract the front desk clerk and anyone could enter the building with access to the first and second floors.
This property has fairly nice amenities - an indoor pool which looked quite clean, a free breakfast, business center, none of which we utilized given the brevity of our stay. As I said, the room was clean and quite adequate for our overnight stay. It is well located with a number of restaurants in the immediate area and an overall quiet property. The front desk clerk was polite and professional, but I cannot shake the obvious lack of physical security for the building.
If location and proximity to Piedmont Henry Hospital or the the Hudson Bridge Road/Eagles Landing Parkway area is important to you, then this property should meet your needs. But, please don't travel alone if building security is important to you.

Impromptu stop on way home from road trip. We always stop at Quality Inns, etc. while on the road. Once past Atlanta we saw this on. Had misgivings from the start due to isolated location. It further intensified when I came into the lobby and caught the smell in the air. It felt like I had stepped into a Hookah Parlor/ CDB Store.....By then my party had reserved the rooms, so I let it go.
The staff member at the desk was polite and pleasant. The man in the lobby who was counting a stack of one dollar bills and speaking unintelligibly wasn't.
The hotel is dated and needs serious upgrading. Doors, carpeting etc. The room was clean and comfortable. They even gave the other family members with us a different room when they reported their original room not having been cleaned and beds unmade.
I ignored the loud shouting from one of the rooms as we left in the morning. We didn't stay to eat the complimentary breakfast.
For several reasons.
Not wanting to trash. Just commenting.

Booked this as a stopping point on our way to Florida. Quickly greeted by a very nice front counter staff member-she checked me in the quickest of all my hotel stays ever! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was large with a very clean tub. The rest of the room was a tad run down, and the inner curtains were actually dirty and stained. The price was reasonable, and they offered a breakfast in the morning that we did not stay for.

We booked this hotel through Expedia. The hotel called in the afternoon to confirm we were staying the night and pushed the charge through. When we arrived after 9 at night our room had been given to someone else and there were no other rooms available. They went to the room and had the people in our room come to the front desk to pay for the room right in front of us. Bad for them and us. They kept saying they refund our money but offered no other help. I had to call Expedia to get the refund. Worst experience ever.

The room had been upgraded with granite countertops for the bathroom sink, around the shower/tub combo and LVP. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast in the lobby was sparse. The muffins were moist and very tasty. You could do toast, but there was no butter or jelly. Cereal choices - raisin bran and fruit loops. It wasn't a problem because we were planning a big lunch. The indoor pool looked very inviting.

This is an older hotel that has potential but needs some work and a good cleaning! I booked this online while traveling north from Florida. I usually try to stay in newer hotels, preferably Hampton or Holiday Inn Express. However, I couldn’t find anything available and booked this based on some of the positive reviews and the fact it had an indoor heated pool for our kids, wasn’t a busy exit and had some restaurants nearby. We checked in and found a dirty stairwell and a room that wasn’t up to our standard but tried to be positive and thought we would be okay for the night. We used the pool, showered and started to get in bed. We found some hairs on the sheets. We went to get ice and the ice bucket had hair and crumbs in it. But the icing on the cake was when my 2 year old found a cigarette in the nightstand drawer. We decided to pack up and find somewhere else to stay. We ended up driving through Atlanta at 11pm to get to a holiday inn express in Cartersville. I am not normally the type to write a review, but I wanted to save someone else from making the same mistake I did. I would not recommend this hotel!

I loved my stay there, close to the interstate. The staff was very nice & courteous. I most definitely will be back again. I left something when I checked out,, I called them & told them.. They went above & beyond to make sure I got it back. Everything & everyone was exceptional!!!
