We stayed here in may and had a super stay. The Georgianne inn is owned and run by Nick who is very helpful and welcoming. Our apartment had 2 showers and a full kitchen and 2 vey comfy bedrooms. We stayed upstairs which was great because the deck gets the breeze and there are lots of loungers and chairs to... More

We stayed at the Georgianne Inn for our anniversary. The units feel like home and they have small kitchens so you can prepare meals. Our unit was very clean and had no beach damp odors. We stayed in the downstairs and it was somewhat dark. Request to stay upstairs facing the ocean. Its a very short walk to the beach... More

We visited the Tybee Island for 4 nights’ vacation, planning to visit Savannah along with, and stayed at the Inn. The Inn is located within 2 minutes’ walk from the beach area. In fact, you can catch a glimpse of the sea from the first floor of the Inn where the Inn-keeper Nick’s office is housed. Nick is a nice... More

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Tybee Island where we stayed at The Georgianne Inn. What a great time we had! Nick was so helpful with everything - where to eat, the best way to maneuver around Savannah, movies to watch while we were staying in from the rain. The room was really clean (and we... More

We stayed in room 2 - a 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the upper floor. The apartment was well kept and the essentials were very clean. The location was superb, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of a choice of restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Bikes were available for guests' use and we especially enjoyed taking... More

Nick is a superb host! From booking, to check-in and introduction, finishing with check-out. A class act! He is respectful and courteous. He is inviting you into his home and business. The Inn is recently remodeled and quaint, clean, and accomodating. Bright paint, reasonable amenities (including beach chairs, laundry, bicycles and several sitting areas), comfortable beds and rooms, and close... More

We stayed at the Inn for our Spring Break. We had our two grandsons with us, who think U. Nick (as they call him) hung the moon. Nick is extremely pleasant guy, very helpful on what to do and where to eat. Love this place, nobody to bother you and very quite. The rooms are extra clean and plenty of... More

Rented a 2 bedroom for HB, myself and child, great layout. If you want to rent an apartment on the beach, this is perfect. Proprietor is 'no frills', type of guy, very laid back beachy mentality, and a little behind the times in terms of computer accessibility, etc. but your at the beach, so who needs that? This worked fine... More

We also just got back from a mini vacation during my Spring Break from where I work at a college. Nick was extremely pleasant, helpful and very laid back! Loved that. Nobody to bother you in the mornings. Just a very beachy relaxing feel. Our room was immaculate and with a full kitchen we were able to make some breakfast... More

What a deal! An exceptionally clean and spacious room with microwave and frig, free use of bicycles for a ride to the beach to watch the sunrise, kind attention to our needs and recommendations to local restaurants ... for $55? Yup. Plus taxes/fees, of course, but ... yup. Our room was newly renovated and the bed was firm but still... More
