I helped a young man out who was down on his luck by paying a room for him for a couple weeks. When I told the rude condescending broad at the front desk that the young man would probably be leaving at the end of the second week, she said "oh well people come and people go". Most hotels would say 'Hope you enjoyed your stay!'. Avoid this rat hole at all cost. You will be better off sleeping in your car

The staff is extremely disrespectful!! They treat decent people like they are scum!! The staff seem like they are all on drugs! Avoid this place like the plague!! They think they are better than everyone but I'm reality they run a dump hotel/motel!! I can't believe the owner allows them to run the place like this as a business owner I was blown away!! White trash staff with white trash methods. Place is crawling with junkies and low life's but it's hard to tell the junkie guests from the staff!! Complete horror show! I've informed my local friends about the drug activity there and well they are doing everything they can to see they put an end to this horror show!!

This place is a dump! Charlotte the manager is very rude and condescending. The new girl, April is being trained to be just like her. The place is also nasty and has poor maintenance. My bathroom sink was almost falling off the wall. When I put in a work order to have it fixed, The simpleton maintenance man just put caulk between it and the wall. Black mold in many areas, tobacco spit on outside walls, and trash everywhere. I have seen the occasional rat and at least one snake.

The front desk staff at this hotel is terrible, especially Pam. I paid for my a week in advance. The front desk activated my card for 6 days instead of 7. On the 6th day I was locked out standing in the cold waiting for someone to activate my keys. The manager confirmed the key wasn't properly done. The next week on the 6th day same thing happened, only it was colder. Pam must been on call the 2nd time it happened. I was upset because the first time its a fluke, but if it keeps happening over and over its an issue. When she opened the door I told her it happened before and she pointed her fingers at me and said "STOP IT"! I told her that was rude and unprofessional and not customer friendly. She showed not empathy, and didn't like the fact that I was displeased with being locked out of a room I paid for twice. She then tried to charge me $20 to get back into my room, so I took a picture of the notice on the door in regards to lock outs. She took her sweet time activating my key then threw it on the counter. I said I didn't throw the key on the counter when I gave it to you I put it into your hands, and its only right for you to do the same, I'm not a dog. She smirked and pointed a cell phone camera in my face to let me know she was recording the conversation...but little did she know I was already recording the entire conversation on my Ipad, even the part where she tried to charge me $20.
