My flight arrived super delayed after midnight and upon exiting the airport I was thrilled to see a Red Lion shuttle van! It was nearly full with the Southwest Airlines crew from an incoming flight, but Jimmy the driver let me hop in the front. As he drove us to the hotel he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the...

Jimmy the driver, Marcellino, and Beka at the front desk, did amazing with helping me out there. I can hardly wait to come back. They are so friendly. The rooms are fresh and neat. I like the hot tub and being able to relax. I will come here every time I visit Boise.

The front desk staff was rude. Be for warned that this hotel charges a $40 per night stay for incidentals and you are not told about that fee when you check in. I will never again stay at a Red Lion hotel again.

We had no complaints and the staff is great. There is lots of room for parking..even with a trailer..and it is easy to get to from the...

The hotel is nice enough, location is great (IMO), but the staff is what makes it better. Our van driver Jimmy was fun, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We were checked in by Pedro with great ease and efficiency which is very much appreciated after traveling to the destination. In the lounge, we had Amber as our bartender...

I have stayed the last few years at this hotel. It is always a treat! Great staff, clean rooms and nice bar and restaurant. The bar was very crowded on Thursday evening as there were two conventions going on at the hotel. Bar tender did a fabulous job but could have used a little help. That is hard to predict...

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner. We'd stayed at the hotel a few times before but not since the hotel completed some really nice updates - lobby flooring and excellent improvements to the guest rooms. Beyond the bricks and mortar though, the real heart blood of a Hotel is...
