My husband and I stayed at the best western not far from home! It was the perfect stay! The hot tub was wonderful while it was snowing, and the room was cozy! The staff is always willing to help and make sure you feel welcomed
We were exhausted while moving from E. Washington to S.E. Idaho and stopped for the night. The room was comfortable, the hotel was decorated for fall - the grounds were really pretty. Our dog was welcome for a small fee, which is terrific too! Had breakfast, which was served by a young lady who was very gracious. Because of the pandemic, the dining room was closed, so I took the food back to our room. Check-out time was easy as well. I recommend to anyone.
I’m order to access the eating area, one has to walk by the bar-I know it’s hard to wear a mask & enjoy a beverage but when the bar is the only way to access the eating area then the bar should be blocked off- Patrons at the bar were not practicing social distancing. People wonder why the virus is spreading.
Lesson Learned: For a good nights sleep do not plan to stay at a convention center hotel where other guests have no plans to sleep. If Burley Inn has a reception center it needs a place to contain the noise in the early hours of the morning.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. From the easy early bird check in to express checkout the stay was pleasant and there were not any hassles. The room was roomy, clean and well decorated. They followed all the COVID rules. All in all the Inn was clean and well maintained. It is close to many choices for dining, many within easy walking distance.
