First of all, I hope that TripAdvisor erases reviews that were given under the previous management. Camp Coeur d'Alene is absolutely fabulous, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very happy to learn that the canoe and paddle boats were available for our use, along with life jackets. The campground is tiered, with pull-through sites in the...

To be honest, this is closer to glamping (glamorous camping) than I'm used to, but sometimes that's what you're looking for. They have several semi-private sites for tent camping as well as one- and two-room cabins. There's also a large communal camping area if you have a big group. What really sets this place apart is the free fire wood...

This sweet little campground is nestled in the side of a mountain just a few miles east of Coeur d'Alene. It is beautiful, with mature trees and campsites terraced up the hillside for RV's and tenters. They also have lots of cabins. It looks like it was once a KOA property. There's a pool, showers, free firewood and friendly staff....

We visited during fall shoulder season and enjoyed a wonderful camping experience! Nights were cool but their policy of FREE FIREWOOD kept us warm and toasty until we curled up in bed, and the camp-wide WIFI signal had great speed :-) Their location is unbeatable since they are tucked into the National Forest border and on the edge of the...

We got a last minute reservation; when we arrived at the campground, we were very impressed with the quiet location with plenty of trees and the 'terraced' campsites (toward the rear of the site). We were offered free firewood--delivered--what a treat! The individual bathrooms and showers were spacious and clean. We hope to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay, the new owner was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us find and do the best things with our time in northern Idaho. There were clean bathrooms and showers and an excellent lakeside area to play on paddleboards. Very pretty and very quiet. Thank you!

We stayed here for 6 nights in total. The owner was super friendly and helpful, all the staff were. Firewood was delivered free and with a friendly word on a regular basis.the showers were hot and with decent pressure. The place needs some updating but the new owner only took over in June. Only downside is the road noise but...

I emailed Kyle in the morning for a last minute reservation. He quickly responded saying that he does in fact have a space available for me. I proceeded to write back asking for further information with no response. An hour later my boyfriend called to make sure we were in fact confirmed for the night and found out it was...

Stopped in last minute and the staff were kind and accommodating. The wood appeared to be fresh cut pine and burned wonderfully. We were at the group site on the water and I'd recommend this site especially if you are traveling in a group.

My husband and I were in search of a quiet yet convenient spot for our RV and lucked into this camp ground. We stayed here 10 years ago when it was a KOA but did not find it listed in our RV directory. When we got here Kyle, very nice manager, told us it had been closed for a couple...
