Please note that we didn't stay in the resort. This review is focused on the hot springs. But for that, this is a great place to go for a combo day of sledding and hot springs. They have a grooomed sledding hill. After you are done, you can immediately go jump in the nice, very warm hot springs. It makes...

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was fairly small, but about the size of a motel room. Well built of logs and totally quiet. A fine place to rest and relax before and after drives into the forest to explore local hot springs. The restaurant was great and we were treated totally by an attentive and informative staff....

We stayed in one of the standard motel rooms at Terrace Lakes as their cabins were booked for the weekend. The bad: The rooms are VERY tiny with just barely enough room to walk around the bed and squeeze into the bathroom. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms as well...

After reading reviews and talking to others who have stayed in the resort motel, I was apprehensive about our visit for a family reunion. Taking into consideration that the rooms are small (many of the permanent, privately-owned residences in the area are also double-wides), I was relieved to find that our room was very clean, had adequate, pleasant-smelling, immaculate linens...

Nice condo but nothing special . No internet or cell service which is what we were looking for. Golf course is awful. Greens are steep and were loaded with sand. Was like playing on ice. Restaurant was extremely slow but food was good once it finally got to us. Wait staff were great and locals were very nice

After reading several negative reviews, I was apprehensive about booking a reservation. Upon arriving, my fears were completely dispelled. The cabin (#10) my wife and I reserved was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was more than accommodating, answering all of our questions, and even letting us check-in two hours early! Please be aware...... this is not a Ritz Carlton,...

Stopped by to book a room for the night, front desk told me it was 59bucks a night. no discounts. So I showed her the magazine advertising 50bucks a night and she Honoured it. got to room....very small, had to step up into the bath for a shower, long hairs in tub. would have complained but thought better of it....

I love Terrace Lakes Resort. The golf course, pool, bar, restaurant are great but the so called motel across the street is terrible. They are comprised of an old mobile home divided into sections. You can hear everything going on with your neighbors. Don't stay here.

We bought a "Play-n-Stay Resort" package off the radio. We paid extra for a cabin, and they put us in the smaller of the two cabins available, even though we were the only guests that night. I'm not sure what the picture is on this site, but it is not the motel or cabins. The cabin was poorly constructed, sparsely...

This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly. When we pulled up to the motel we didn't know where we could park because there weren't any parking spots and a bunch of rocks all over the place. The motel is a double wide trailer made into 8 "rooms." The room had a queen size bed and a side...

“Ask to stay in the modern little cabins or condos also available from Terrace Lakes Resort. Or, opt to stay a few miles away at the lovely Garden Mountain B&B.”
