Second trip to Venice and Lido. The first time we stayed on Lido and loved the views and the fact that it was not Venice proper (but Venice is only a 5 min cheap boat ride away). The hotel we wanted to stay in was closed for the season (Jan) and this hotel (Panorama) was close so we chose it....

We booked three rooms with lagoon view for one night. The first thing that I would say is that the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I would also comment that the Hotel is one of the cleanest in which I have stayed, I would have no hesitation in staying again. The location is really good. Being based on Lido...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Panorama Hotel and it was excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights and since the first day we got to the hotel we realised all staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and well experienced. Our room was facing the Lagoon and it had a fantastic view of Venice. Morning breakfast was very nice with...

In Venice VCE ‘Marco Polo’ airport follow the signs to waterbus (vaporetto). You may buy your ticket (12€ single way) either in baggage claim area or at the quay of waterbuses called ALILAGUNA. It takes 50 minutes through the Venetian lagoon to Lido Island. ALILAGUNA will drop you off at Lido pier, just few steps away (just across the street)...

My fiancee and I stayed at the Hotel Panorama - and it was brilliant! It was a very special day for us as I 'popped the question' on the way from the airport to the Hotel. The hotel manager Sabrina was amazingly helpful to organize EVERYTHING - from the private watertaxi, to the flowers and the prosecco. Sabrina and her...

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 days. Situated on the island of Lido, fantastic views of San Marco Piazza and the lagoon. To get here the easiest way is too take the number 62 Vaporatto and not the 51. 51 takes about 50 minutes where as the 62 takes about 30 minutes. You can buy a 24 hours pass...

Unfortunately we never stayed at this hotel but we have to give them credit of how helpful they were when we missed our water bus to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged everything for us to ensure that we made our flight on time. Their exchange rate was better then the one we got in...

I Love Venice and stay at the Hotel Panorama whenever I am there, The staff are polite and courtious the welcome was warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, The hotel is on the Lido which is away from the hustle and bustle and tends to be far better value than the rest of the very expensive Venice....

There is nothing I can say that hasn't been said already! Hotel Panorama is a fabulous hotel in a gorgeous location with helpful and friendly staff. This was my first trip to Venice and I decided to stay on the Lido; mainly because it is slightly cheaper than staying in central Venice and because it has a beach, which I...

What a way to end our 3-week vacation in Italy. The Panorama Hotel is a little gem located on Lido Island where the tourist crowds are thin and food is wonderful. We arrived in Venice by train to an exciting storm of rain, lightening, and thunder. It was such a wonderful experience stepping out of the train station into what...
